FANTASY BASKETBALL NBA BEAST DAY (2/27)
BEAST DOME NATION.
This is all the information you need to BEAST your Fantasy Basketball Day.
BROOKLYN @ CLEVELAND
The Nets travel to Cleveland to face an angry LeBron James who just got blown out against the Spurs. The Nets have not played defense since Jason Kidd and Kenyon Martin were being coached under Byron Scott, and on the road it would be hard to imagine their defense coming up big. Dinwin and D’Angelo do not have enough firepower especially with the defensive upgrades the Cavs have made. LeBron will be aggressive in the game and the Nets will be lucky to keep this game close.
CHICAGO @ CHARLOTTE
Not a team hoter in the NBA than the Charlotte Hornets. Kemba and all the Hornets wing players will have matchups that are not as easy as they appear. The Bulls are playing strong defense against those positions, where the Hornets will really dominate is feeding their BEAST, Dwight Howard. The Bulls have nobody who can slow down Dwight, and that can be enough to be a big difference maker very quick.
76ERS @ MIAMI
For the first time in a long time, Embiid faces a center that is his caliber. Whiteside will want to make a lot of noise as Embiid has passed Whiteside on the Top Center list for sometime, even after Whiteside has been one of the best out of nowhere players in some time. Where Miami can take over the rest of the game is the rest of their team. The Heat are one of the deepest teams in the NBA and the 76ers bench is improved on offense, their defense is still lacking against a Heat team that can go both ways.
WASHINGTON @ BUCKS
With Khris Middleton seeing tough defense all game from either Porter or Oubre, it will be up to Giannis and Bledsoe to really spur the Bucks offense and get them going against the
Wizards. Bradley Beal and company is playing great basketball and this is a game they can steal on the road if they hit their shots. Washington will need to contain Bledsoe, which is much easier said than done.
KINGS @ PORTLAND
The Kings are limping to the finish line, and the Blazers are starting to round into playoff form. For the first time in a long time, the Blazers are returning to their starting 5 from last season as well as cutting the bench minutes for a lot of role players. On the other hand the Kings are seeing what their future holds and continuing to bench veterans from night to night. Portland is too good and playing at home this is a game where they should win and continue their success no problem.
CLIPPERS @ DENVER
Game of the night, Danilo returns to the place that built his career. Clippers have a ton of shooting talent, Denver loves to run up the score. Clippers can score in many ways with all the moves they made at the deadline making themselves more well rounded. Jokic vs. DeAndre will be a matchup to watch, but the Nuggets do have to get great scoring outputs from at least 2 of the 3 in Murray/Barton/Harris. Going to be a high scoring game and a fun game to watch.
