FANTASY FOOTBALL QB RANKINGS WEEK 2
1. PEYTON MANNING @ NYG
Brother vs. Brother. One will show up the other. Peyton Manning is on Legendary status right now.
2. AARON RODGERS VS. WAS
Does not get any sweeter than A-Rodg against a less than average Redskins secondary.
3. ELI MANNING VS. DEN
Brother vs. Brother. No running game to lean on, Eli is home. Eli will show up.
4. MICHAEL VICK VS. SD
This Eagles offense is ridiculous. Just knock on wood for a healthy game.
5. CAM NEWTON @ BUF
Green Eggs and Cam. Look for Cam to get it done against a weak Bills Secondary. He should do whatever he wants like a smooth criminal at a T.I. concert.
6. ANDREW LUCK VS. MIA
Bradshaw is not 100% ready to go for a full 20 carry load, especially against the Dolphins Run D. Bombs away.
7. RGIII @ GB
Blowout mode could save RG3. The Redskins will need him to put up numbers.
8. JOSH FREEMAN VS. NOS
If there is a game Freeman needs to show up, this is the week. Hopefully he shows up better on Sunday than he did to the team photo.
9. DREW BREES @ TB
The Bucs secondary is better than we think. That was first game with Revis, they only get better.
10. TONY ROMO @ KC
Romo has his weapons healthy. He should be ready to roll, KC’s pass D is very underrated.
11. MATT RYAN VS. STL
One WR. Two WR. 4. I do not like Ryan with his banged up WRs. Nothing sexy about leaning on Tony Gonzalez more than often.
12. TERRELLE PRYOR @ JAX
If there is a game Pryor should do well, Week 2 against the Jaguars is that matchup. Will he take advantage?
13. TOM BRADY VS. NYJ
Call of the Week right here. ECR #7.
14. MATT STAFFORD @ ARI
The Cardinals will make life tough for Stafford. Constant pass rush, Patrick Peterson. Does not help they are in Arizona at all.
15. CARSON PALMER VS. DET
Larry Fitzgerald being a GT Decision is very scary. What was once sexy, is now turning into a somewhat risk.
16. PHILIP RIVERS @ PHI
If the Chargers want to compete, Rivers will have to put up points.
17. RYAN TANNEHILL @ IND
The Dolphins have as much confidence in their run game as a normal person on the street would feel if they gave Javale McGee $5,000 to invest. Look for the Dolphins to throw often.
18. JAY CUTLER @ MIN
Vikings Run D is good enough to limit Forte, which should mean the Jay Cutler show coming to a Sunday near you.
19. COLIN KAEPERNICK @ SEA
If the 49ers win this game, it’s because of their defense and Colin Kaepernick. Life will not be easy this week.
20. MATT SCHAUB VS. TEN
The Texans run game is as wishy washy as it has ever been the past three seasons. Go ahead and take the chance on Schaub this week in those deeper leagues if you need him at QB.
21. SAM BRADFORD @ ATL
The Falcons Pass D is not there yet. Bradford should be able to take advantage.
22. JAKE LOCKER @ HOU
Titans could be in comeback mode all 2nd half, which means Locker will get his fantasy numbers some way or another.
23. RUSSELL WILSON VS. SF
Nothing to like about this matchup. Russell’s speed means nothing to the SF LB core.
24. CHAD HENNE VS. OAK
Henne is 1 WR short of his dream situation, but he should do enough to put those Blaine Gabbert fans to their little corner.
25. EJ MANUEL VS. CAR
Panthers defense is no joke, EJ has good potential this season, but this is not the matchup you want to throw him out there and get those big numbers.
26. ANDY DALTON VS. PIT
Dalton will be throwing AJ Green’s way all night. Game could get out hand quick.
27. GENO SMITH @ NE
28. ALEX SMITH @ DAL
Dallas’s pass D will focus on stopping Dwayne Bowe, which leaves Alex Smith with bad options.
29. BIG BEN @ CIN
Bengals Defense will eat Big Ben alive with that poor O-Line.
30. JOE FLACCO VS. CLE
Take away Torrey Smith and what do you get? A QB with as many options as Tom Brady.
31. BRANDON WEEDEN @ BAL
No Josh Gordon means nothing there for Weeden.
32. CHRISTIAN PONDER @ CHI
If you have Christian Ponder as a starting QB, good luck.
FANTASY FOOTBALL RB RANKINGS WEEK 2
1. LESEAN MCCOY VS. SD
Shady touches the ball as often as a QB. Nothing will change for now.
2. DOUG MARTIN VS. NOS
The Saints run D looked good against Steven Jackson, still not convinced.
3. ADRIAN PETERSON @ CHI
All Day meets a defense that he will either kill, or get killed. Lions made it a point to stop AP after his 78 Yard TD, Vikings couldn’t do a thing.
4. STEVAN RIDLEY VS. NYJ
Bad call.
5. RAY RICE VS. CLE
With Torrey Smith being locked up, welcome to the Ray Rice Show.
6. TRENT RICHARDSON @ BAL
T-Pain is a BEAST. This is a good game to get on the right track for his owners.
7. DARREN MCFADDEN VS. JAX
Run DMC is healthy, which means now is the chance to play him. He’s ready for something big.
8. MARSHAWN LYNCH VS. SF
BEAST MODE shows up for these type of games. Expect 25+ Carries.
9. STEVEN JACKSON VS. STL
Playing his old team, look for S-Jax to run with a chip on his shoulder.
10. JAMAAL CHARLES VS. DAL
Dallas has a MEAN front 7. Jamaal can break the long run, but Dallas knows they just have to stop him.
11. DEMARCO MURRAY @ KC
Murray will be a cowbell back all season, Chiefs Run D is better than people think, he will still have a good week.
12. MAURICE JONES-DREW VS. OAK
If you own MJD you can breathe, Henne is QB. Hopefully the results start coming in right away.
13. ARIAN FOSTER VS. TEN
If Arian was going to get a full slate, he would be a Top 3 RB this week.
14. MATT FORTE @ MIN
Vikings can do one thing well, stop the run. Forte’s versatility in the passing game makes him safe.
15. EDDIE LACY VS. WAS
Lacy should see plenty of redzone touches. That’s all you can ask for.
16. REGGIE BUSH @ ARI
Arizona D will be hitting Reggie Hard. This is a great unit not to take lightly.
17. C.J. SPILLER VS. CAR
Spiller can BURST the long TD run, but that threat of Fred Jackson does creep in the back of your mind. Carolina Run D looked great holding Lynch to less than 50 Yards in Week 1.
18. RYAN MATHEWS @ PHI
The Chargers should do well offensivley on Sunday, Ryan Mathews is a good bet to see a lot of touches and is the most important part of the ‘Win/Loss Outcome’
19. CJ2K @ HOU
Don’t forget, this guy can burst out a 80 Yard TD at any moment. Houstons Run D is great, but CJ2K is hungry.
20. ALFRED MORRIS @ GB
Redskins could fall behind early and often, which means Helu will get a lot of touches. Good matchup if Redskins keep game close.
21. DEANGLO WILLIAMS @ BUF
D-Will has a matchup where he can put up good numbers. Hard to ever trust him, this is a week where you can take the chance.
22. DAVID WILSON VS. DEN
Full slate of carries is expected for David Wilson in NOW OR NEVER mode.
23. BEN TATE VS. TEN
Look for the Texans to continue to feed Ben Tate. He is the clone of Booby Miles from FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS. Those carries will keep coming.
24. DARREN SPROLES @ TB
The LadyBug will be busy, but these LBers could crush him into a splattered Lady Bug if he takes too many touches.
25. DARYL RICHARDSON @ ATL
Richardson has a chance to prove he is special this week. Not the best matchup, but it does work in what could be a closer game than expected.
26. FRANK GORE @ SEA
Slow is a word I would use for Frank Gore. Tough matchup this week against Seattle.
27. MONTEE BALL @ NYG
When oh when will that TD come. Hopefully Peyton donates to the cause.
28. RASHARD MENDENHALL VS. DET
The Lions Run D is solid. Mendy will have to hope for that Redzone TD to save his day.
29. PIERRE THOMAS @ TB
Pierre always scores a TD against TB. Hard to describe why, but he will likely find his way to the endzone.
30. AHMAD BRADSHAW VS. MIA
Full Slate of Carries on Deck, still not ready to take 20+, especially against Miami.
31. ROY HELU @ GB
Redskins will be in comeback mode early, which means Helu should see enough playing time to warrant Flex Consideration in deep leagues.
32. BRYCE BROWN VS. SD
Lots of touches to be had by Bryce all season. Slowly creeping up to a good Flex play in Deep 16 Team Leagues.
33. DANIEL THOMAS @ IND
This could be the game Daniel Thomas takes over for good against Lamar Miller. The time is coming, although this matchup is not a great away as Indy has some vicious LBs.
34. MIKE TOLBERT @ BUF
Look for Tolbert to start getting more involved in this offense, this is a good game to get started.
35. JOIQUE BELL @ ARI
Joique will get his touches, but the redzone TD is what he really needs to salvage his day.
36. GIOVANI BERNARD VS. PIT
Still on the back of the bus, Giovani needs to see Benjarvus continue that 1.8 Yards Per Carry average.
37. LAMAR MILLER @ IND
Lamar has to do what he can to save his Fantasy Value this sunday. His time is coming to an end.
38. KNOWSHON MORENO @ NYG
Last days of Knowshow getting this much PT is coming to an end. Live it up while it’s here.
39. FRED JACKSON VS. CAR
F-Jax needs to have an encore to show that the Bills need a 2 RB rotation. If Spiller falters, Jackson has to take over.
40. BENJARVUS GREEN-ELLIS VS. PIT
Worthless goal line RB, TD or nothing.
41. MARK INGRAM @ TB
TD or nothing, chances are Pierre Thomas finds his way into that category.
42.DANNY WOODHEAD @ PHI
If the Chargers go in comeback mode, look for Woodhead to get his numbers.
43. MICHAEL BUSH @ MIN
His touches are not there yet, they will come soon. This is a TD or nothing matchup for Bush.
44. ISAAC REDMAN @ CIN
Starting RB or not, I would not feel good about Isaac Redman in any format.
45. BERNARD PIERCE VS. CLE
46. LEGARETTE BLOUNT VS. NYJ
47. CHRISTOPHER IVORY @ NEP
48. BILAL POWELL @ NEP
49. RONNIE HILLMAN @ NYG
This could be his last relevant Fantasy Game. The time is ticking on ‘The Baby Stick.’
50. ROBERT TURBIN VS. SF
3rd down RB in this matchup is not appealing. At all.
51. KENDALL HUNTER @ SEA
Good potential later on in the season, Frank Gore looks a step slower. It’s the ‘Inconvenient Truth’
52. JONATHAN DWYER @ CIN
Might get his chance back at the RB position. Does not figure to be pretty either way.
53. JACQUIZZ RODGERS VS. STL
Rodgers is a player who needs to put on size.
54. ISIAH PEAD @ ATL
D-Rich should hold him off.
55. JACKIE BATTLE @ HOU
Absolute TD or nothing, I would guess nothing.
56. DA’REL SCOTT VS. DEN
Belong on Da’Rel Waiver Wire.
FANTASY FOOTBALL WR RANKINGS WEEK 2
1. BRANDON MARSHALL @ MIN
Vikings pass Defense is below average, nobody can stop B-Marsh.
2. A.J. GREEN VS. PIT
Green will be getting his targets all game long, for Dalton to throw his way often.
3. DEMARIYUS THOMAS @ NYG
When this guy has the ball in his hands, I would get out of the way.
4. VICTOR CRUZ VS. DEN
Salsa Dance 3x in Week 1, bring the Chips if you have him.
5. CALVIN JOHNSON @ ARI
MEGATRON is coming to a theater near you. Him vs. Patrick Petterson will be exciting.
6. DESEAN JACKSON VS. SD
The BEAST DOME Special. Desean is skyrocketing in #10mode.
7. HAKEEM NICKS VS. DEN
Hakeem will get his targets this week with no Champ.
8. REGGIE WAYNE VS. MIA
Luck will be throwing often, and Luck trusts Wayne like Jessica Simpson trusted Romo.
9. LARRY FITZGERALD VS. DET
Hamstring injury should have you concerned. I would play the healthier T0p 20 Player. If healthy, he would be Top 5 this week.
10. VINCENT JACKSON VS. NOS
V-Jax loves the Saints Secondary. He is bigger than the entire unit.
11. ANDRE JOHNSON VS. TEN
With the Texans run game in a sort of flux, look for AJ80 to get his 10+ Targets easily.
12. RANDALL COBB VS. WAS
Cobb will do damage all day long to the Redskins Secondary. James Jones is a threat to steal points.
13. JORDY NELSON VS. WAS
Jordy will do damage all day long to the Redskins Secondary. James Jones is a threat to steal points.
14. WES WELKER @ NYG
Lot’s of catches to go around for Denver, Wes could see his TDs go to Decker this week as Peyton tries to make things fair.
15. STEVE SMITH @ BUF
This is the week you have to trust Steve Smith to do his thing. If it is not now, it may never come.
16. DEZ BRYANT @ KC
100% and ready to go, Dez has a tough matchup, but he is still Dez.
17. JULIO JONES VS. STL
Knee injury will have me up all night, drinking these love Songs. Little bit of risk this week of not getting ULTRA Julio.
18. MIKE WALLACE @ IND
60 Minutes will look to bounce back, not the easiest matchup, but much better than Joe Haden.
19. MILES AUSTIN @ KC
Austin could surprise and be the top WR for Dallas. Miles is a BEAST when healthy.
20. PIERRE GARCON @ GB
Garcon will be getting his targets all day against GB. Just hope RG3 doesn’t spread the ball out too much.
21. MIKE WILLIAMS VS. NOS
Mike Will loves to make the TDs dance. 1 game streak.
22. DWAYNE BOWE VS. DAL
Bowe should get a lot of action if this game runs away from KC. Which is very possible.
23. CECIL SHORTS VS. OAK
Chad Henne knows the best way for him to keep his job is if he throws the ball to Cecil. Look for that connection often.
24. MARQUES COLSTON @ TB
Ques’ has a matchup that could go either way. Brees spread the ball out a lot in Week 1.
25. JULIAN EDELMAN VS. NYJ
26. ANQUAN BOLDIN @ SEA
Anquan will still be money and get all of his targets despite the matchup.
27. ERIC DECKER @ NYG
Decker is due to find his way in the endzone this week. Lots of makeup work to do.
28. LANCE MOORE @ TB
The Great Lance is in revenge mode against a Tampa Secondary that does not have enough weapons to accommodate for Lance in the slot.
29. KENBRELL THOMPKINS VS. NYJ
30. JAMES JONES VS. WAS
Jones will look to spoil someone’s fantasy day. Rodgers will get the numbers.
31. DENARIUS MOORE VS. JAX
Pryor should manage to get some passing yards, if he does D-Moore will get them with those bombs.
32. KENNY BRITT @ HOU
Game should get out of hand quickly, could be a good sleeper week for Britt.
33. RODDY WHITE VS. STL
One more week of being a decoy looks to be in the works.
34. STEVIE JOHNSON VS. CAR
EJ Manuel will throw the ball Stevie’s way if he needs plays. The Passing Yards are not there yet.
35. MICHAEL FLOYD VS. DET
Could see huge bump with Fitzgerald at less than 100%.
36. BRIAN HARTLINE @ IND
Check your Hartline, Tannehill still loves him even with the addition of Mike Wallace.
37. TAVON AUSTIN @ ATL
The next Percy Harvin is still a work in progress, but he’s heading in the right direction.
38. ANTONIO BROWN @ CIN
The Bengals will make sure that Antonio does not beat them, he will get his targets.
39. ALSHON JEFFRY @ MIN
Good matchup for Alshon to do some damage. Still WR#3/#4 value at best.
40. BRANDON LAFELL @ BUF
Good matchup for LaFell to do some damage. Still WR#3/#4 value at best.
41. CHRIS GIVENS @ ATL
Something has to Give..He could score a TD on any play which makes him dangerous. All he does is run streaks.
42. VINCENT BROWN @ PHI
Interesting to see what Vincent Brown can do when Rivers gets around 250 Yards. Should come this week..
43. RUBEN RANDLE VS. DEN
Randle could ruin a Giants WR day. See what happens, but Randle is on the right track.
44. T.Y. HILTON VS. MIA
Luck will be throwing often, T.Y. is all or nothing, somewhat like David Wilson.
45. NATE WASHINGTON @ HOU
Game could go into blowout mode quickly, which helps Nate get his numbers.
46. ANDRE ROBERTS VS. DET
Could see a nice boost with Larry Fitzgerald not 100%. Roberts is very talented.
47. ROD STREATER VS. JAX
If it is not Denarius, Streater will step up and get some much needed yards.
48. MALCOLM FLOYD @ PHI
Floyd will get his targets as the Chargers have to move the ball down field to stay pace with Philly.
49. MARLON BROWN VS. CLE
Should lead the team in targets, this is his week.
50. TORREY SMITH VS. CLE
With Joe Haden locking down Torrey, no thank you.
51. DARRIUS HEYWARD-BEY VS. MIA
DHB should get some targets this week as the Colts throw often.
52. DAVONE BESS @ BAL
Bess is the clear #1 for Weeden, not worth much, but worth something in PPR leagues.
53. SANTONIO HOMES @ NEP
54. GREG JENNINGS @ CHI
Hard to like Jennings ever with Ponder at QB. Just hope for something, but Tillman will likely shut him down.
55. KENDALL WRIGHT @ HOU
Tough to say if Wright will get his targets, the Titans should be in comeback mode.
56. GOLDEN TATE VS. SF
Likely the better WR this week, still not a good matchup as Russell Wilson like to spread the ball
57. ROBERT WOODS VS. CAR
Manuel is not putting up the yards yet, it will come.
58. DEANDRE HOPKINS VS. TEN
Good matchup, still not high enough in the pecking order.
59. SIDNEY RICE VS. SF
Twice as nice, but not against SF.
60. BRANDON GIBSON VS. IND
Gibson is a good slot WR for Tannehill. We will see if the trend continues.
61. MOHAMED SANU VS. PIT
Sanu will be good in the right matchup, time is not there yet.
62. LEONARD HANKERSON @ GB
The person who steals Garcon’s value away.
63. HARRY DOUGLAS VS. STL
Hard to like Douglas even as a starter. Roddy and Julio should play this week
64. RILEY COOPER VS. SD
Nothing more than 60 Yards and White Trash.
65. STEPHEN HILL @ NEP
66. GREG LITTLE @ BAL
Only if he can hang onto the Ball. Little and his little hands are a problem.
67. SANTANA MOSS @ GB
RG3 loves Moss more than we think. He will find his veteran.
68. AARON DOBSON VS. NYJ
69. PAT EDWARDS @ ARI
Deep. Deep. and incomplete. Only a couple chances to make some magic happen.
70. DONNIE AVERY VS. DAL
The backup plan to Dwayne Bowe. Not a lot of value here.
71. ACE SANDERS VS. OAK
Could be a good deep sleeper if too much attention is on Shorts.
72. JEROME SIMPONSON @ CHI
Hard to trust Ponder. Ever.
FANTASY FOOTBALL TE RANKINGS WEEK 2
1. JARED COOK @ ATL
ATL defense will have trouble containing Cook.
2. JIMMY GRAHAM @ TB
Jimmy hates to see Brees spread out the ball the way he is.
3. JASON WITTEN @ KC
Witten should be busy against the Chiefs, Chiefs D is better than people think.
4. JERMICHAEL FINLEY VS. WAS
Should be ready to roll, Washington does not have enough defenders to stop Finley.
5. VERNON DAVIS @ SEA
Kaepernick will throw to Vernon all day long in any matchup, the targets will be there.
6. GREG OLSEN @ BUF
Good game for Olsen to potentially breakout. Keep an eye.
7. TONY GONZALEZ VS. STL
Gonzalez could be used often this week as the Falcons WRs are not 100%.
8. JULIUS THOMAS @ NYG
Having Peyton Manning as your QB makes like much easier.
9. JORDAN CAMERON @ BAL
J-Cam has Weeden’s trust, Weeden has nobody else he trusts.
10. ANTONIO GATES @ PHI
Gates is ready for his big game, Rivers just needs to get those passing yards.
11. BRANDON MYERS VS. DEN
The down-low option for Eli should be there all day long. He has Fantasy BEAST potential.
12. OWEN DANIELS VS. TEN
Not 100%, but good enough to play Sunday and possibly find the sleeper TD.
13. KELLEN WINSLOW @ NEP
14. BRENT CELEK VS. SD
Celek is quickly turning into option #2 for Vick.
15. FRED DAVIS @ GB
Davis is due for a bounceback week. Last week was the low we can expect.
16. MARTELLUS BENNETT @ MIN
Tellus has a nice matchup to find the endzone again, lets see if Cutler makes it happen for him.
17. DALLAS CLARK VS. CLE
Clark will see a lot of targets with Flacco seeing his favorite option deal with Joe Haden.
18. COBY FLEENER VS. MIA
No Dwayne Allen gives Fleener his chance to shine.
19. CHARLES CLAY @ IND
The checkdown for Tannehill should be busy.
20. BRANDON PETTIGREW @ ARI
Hard to ever know who is going to get the TD for Detroit since Stafford has MEGATRON, and then everybody else.
21. TONY SCHEFFLER @ ARI
Hard to ever know who is going to get the TD for Detroit since Stafford has MEGATRON, and then everybody else.
22. KYLE RUDOLPH @ CHI
Rudolph will need to block in order for Ponder to get time.
23. JERMAINE GRESHAM VS. PIT
Gresham will be blocking often in this one.
24. SCOTT CHANDLER VS. CAR
Chandler is goal line TD or nothing.
25. DELANIE WALKER @ HOU
Delaine is very low on the Jake Locker passing order.
26. ZACH MILLER VS. SF
Nothing special here for Miller.
27. ZACH SUDFELD VS. NYJ
28. TYLER EIFERT VS. CIN
29. ANTHONY FASANO VS. DAL

FANTASY FOOTBALL D/ST RANKINGS WEEK 2
Bout to dump Montee for McFadden. I got thoroughly raped in all my leagues this week.
Montee is not working out for me either
Well, we’ll all in for a penny and in for a pound with Montee. There’s no point in unloading him, as his trade value won’t be any lower than it is now. It’s only week 2. If you followed Munt’s drafting strategy, you should expect to drop a few weeks early on, as his strat is designed to make your team shine midseason and in the playoffs. I went 2-8 in my leagues this week after going 9-1 Week 1, but it’s only one week at the beginning of the season. Bottom line is you only need to make it to the playoffs, not make it undefeated…
Apparently both of the first 2 comments haven’t seen how fragile NoShow is…
cough knowshon moreno cough
2-0 in real league and 1-1 in fun league. I actually like Munt’s strategy quite a bit, but I didn’t go hard enough for Gronk in the auction draft. Plenty of regrets when I saw what Jimmy Grahamn brought in today, and wished I went harder for the Gronk Burger.
QB/K strategy for Romo won it 1st and 2nd week. I still feel Montee will show up at one point.
I’m very surprise that Mcfadden is on wire in your league though.
Losing a football going into the end zone is a 8 point swing. The Bronco’s didn’t give up on him and at the moment made him the clear RB2. If he scored we’d be in the middle of a Montee-bration. It’s a long season, Montee might have to ride the bench a bit longer, but I feel pretty confident Moreno won’t make the season.
why is McFadden on you waiver wire anyway?
Yeh, I was glad to see they didn’t give up on him, he is clearly he best back. I give it to Moreno, he trying his best to prove he still has something left in the tank. When ball got the rock on the goal line I was like here we go. Its tough when you get the ball knocked out and don’t even see it coming. I do not like to wish injury on nobody, but Moreno ass needs to get rocked one good time..just give ball like 2-3 series to him self, so he can get in a groove. Hillman should be history, but lets just hope Fox doesn’t pull a Shanahan and start putting Hillman wack self back in front of Ball. I’m keeping him, I got him in the 4th round of my 12 team ppr..and I am rocking it out.
Yea can’t give up on him yet, I was also happy they have enough faith in him to play him after the fumble, step in the right direction, I drafted him in the 5th and how been in the top 3 scoring both weeks of all my leagues, gotta let this play out
Hes not, ima trade for him
While I’m waiting on him to get hurt I’m taking Ls. He may not get hurt.
Well… the strategy says to pick RB/RB/RB/Gronk/Montee….
if you had 3 RBs… you would have been solid over in 2RBs and Flex.
if you had picked D-JAX, you would have a WR1 at a price of a WR2…
so it’s not really Munt’s doing you are 0-2… blame it on lady luck
oh okay. good move if you have to i guess
Would you trade Roddy White for Amendola straight up?
