STEFON DIGGS FANTASY FOOTBALL OUTLOOK 2006: VOL III

STEFON DIGGS FANTASY FOOTBALL OUTLOOK 2006: VOL III

By Muntradamus

BEAST DOME NATION.

What do you know, another BEAST DOME off-season and another Stefon Diggs article being the most written about player on BEAST DOME outside of Matthew Stafford. To catch you up quickly on VOL 1 & 2. Volume 1 we talked about how Diggs could not keep his dick in his pants, or his name out of the the headlines in 2025, but still had an amazing season and was a BEAST DOME sleeper that helped lead the Patriots to a Super Bowl apperance. In Volume 2, pretty much the same thing except this time it involved another man he Drugged/SA’d (so he was accused of). I was convinced a team might not sign Diggs because who wants a freak like that in their locker room? Well we got an answer.

Now we are in Volume 3, and Stefon Diggs has signed with the Washington Commanders. The team that Brandon Aiyuk was convinced he was going to play for a couple months ago. Amazing how that story just died the quieter Aiyuk got, only because Brandon got so loud. With the addition of Stefon Diggs things change quickly for the Washington Commanders.

Now when Jayden Daniels, who was a player on my 20 Fades article, goes back to pass will have two superstar WRs open to throw the ball to. At first I was worried for Jayden, because opposing defenses could double team McLaurin, then Jayden would have to run to find time to throw, and then he would take a hit and never get up. Well with a second star WR, I am going to remove Jayden Daniels from the list and add another name this week. While Jayden Daniels is NOT part of the BEAST DOME Draft Guide, he certainly has enough talent around him where he should be able to be productive, WHEN/IF he is healthy.

Stefon Diggs on the other hand goes into a good Commanders passing offense, if we go into a time machine to 2024. Jayden Daniels definitely has the arm to get the ball to his weapons, it is just a matter of Jayden staying healthy. Will Diggs be part of the Draft Guide? I know that is all the question we have as we start to read this article, and the answer is, it depends. While Diggs should be good for a solid chunk of production every game he is healthy, it certainly matters where he is getting drafted to justify the slot. There is a little bit of risk with Diggs not only on the field, but still off the field. We do not know what is going to happen in this freaky legal case against Diggs. At this point we will just assume the case will be knocked to the off-season. The Commanders gave Diggs $12 Million, that is real money to be a real factor in this offense. The other risk of Stefon Diggs is Jayden Daniels staying healthy. While Mariota has a little left in the tank, if Mariota was the QB for Diggs, I would give Diggs WR3 value at best, and that is even pushing it.

Regardless, it is a long season, and we are one step closer to all the puzzle pieces fitting together. Stefon Diggs is playing close to home, went to University of Maryland where he grew up and Washington DC is only 47 minutes away according to Google Maps. I am happy for Diggs for getting another opportunity, the landing position is a good one, it could have been worst, but it also could have been a bit better from a fantasy standpoint.

Draft Guide & Rankings are going to be updated today with the latest news about Diggs signing with the Commanders, as well as another Mock Draft so we can see where the Sheep are taking Diggs, and then adjust accordingly to see if he falls in the 2026 BEAST DOME Draft strategy.
