Since I wrote VOL 2 (read it here), the Warriors have shown very little life. Sure, Game 3 was back and forth and came down to the final minutes, but Game 4 — with their backs truly against the wall — Steve Kerr once again showed no game plan.

Maybe the plan was:

“Let Jimmy Butler Dominate”

But this isn’t Bubble 2020 Jimmy. His legs are done. And still, Kerr brought nothing new to the table. No strategy shifts. No adjustments. Just open court LA Fitness basketball.
Drive. Dish. Drive. Tough shot. Repeat.

That wasn’t NBA-level execution. That was player-led chaos with a coach in name only.

GAME 5: DO OR DIE?

Minnesota is ready. The Wolves will close this out in Minnesota and punch their ticket to the Western Conference Finals. Kerr? He’ll hide behind the Steph was hurt narrative.
