FANTASY FOOTBALL TRADE MARKET WEEK 3 EDGAR ALLEN BUST: HATEMAN ON BATEMAN

FANTASY FOOTBALL TRADE MARKET WEEK 3

EDGAR ALLEN BUST: HATEMAN ON BATEMAN

By Muntradamus

BEAST DOME NATION.

For those new to BEAST DOME. We have been following the story of the Baltimore Ravens. You can my analysis of the players individually in the Round by Round BUST article.

Through two weeks of the NFL season. The Ravens offense is starting to taste like a cheat code. Not exactly what I was pushing for, but they are withstanding the challenge. The reason why this offense is starting to look really good and a lot better than I thought is the Sell High player of the Week.

RASHOD BATEMAN

SELL HIGH

Dobbins/Lamar/Andrews, all BUST predictions because of the departure of Hollywood Brown. The one player I did not mention as a BUST is Rashod Bateman. While he was not part of the BEAST DOME Draft Strategy, he was not a player you would completely ignore if he fell very late based on my rankings which had right below the ECR around number 40.

However what Rashod has done these last two weeks is absolutely not duplicable and the most fluke plays that will ever happen. Bateman has been gift-wrapped at Neiman Marcus after you buy a sweater vest, TWO long TDs that would make any Fantasy Football owner jump out of their shoes.

A 55 Yard TD in Week 1. A 77 Yard TD in Week 2. His Fantasy owners are living the high life. But it is time to come off that high and realize that his guy is not the guy you think he is. Without those two TD passes, Bateman has 4 catches for 37 Yards. Across two games. The Ravens offense is all about Mark Andrews, and running the ball. Quick passes are Likely, you see what I did there. However the deep bombs to Rashod Bateman that is not part of the gameplan for more than one or two times a game. So far Bateman has hit the lottey twice, I am not taking it a third time. You can trade Bateman right now for just about any WR that was drafted ahead of him by a couple of rounds, and everyone of those WRs are guaranteed to be better and more consistent than Bateman.

Do not forget. Bateman is the clear cut #1 WR on this team, which means he will always be facing the best corner, or at least will always have saftey help more often than not. The times the safety help was not, was the times Bateman got those deep TDs. Defenses will not be allowing it anymore.

This Week on

EDGAR ALLEN BUST: THE RAVENS

Lamar Jackson goes to New England to face the brilliant defensive mind of Bill Belichick. Bill was able to keep Tyreek Hill in a box Week 1, you know he will have a gameplan for Lamar Jackson in Week 3. Ravens offense is looking good, this is a big test. The Ravens offense is looking bulletproof, but if there is one thing talent cannot beat, it cannot beat the mind of Bill. If Lamar Jackson can take down Bill. Then Lamar can take down the world.
