FANTASY FOOTBALL THURSDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

BUST BUST CITY (WEEK 9)

BEAST DOME NATION.

The first article I wrote this season on players being a BUST, was kicked off with the #1 Pick in Kyler Murray. You can read that July article here.

KYLER MURRAY PRE-PRESEASON BUST

In that same article, I talked about how David Johnson was going to be effected as well, and no Expert Ranked either player lower. Well one expert did, but he did not rank Kyler lower as well.

DAVID JOHNSON PRESEASON RANK

This Thursday Night, the Cardinals are taking on the 49ers, a team that is undefeated and easily the hottest team in the NFL as far as pure dominance goes. With no David Johnson or Chase Edmonds for the Cardinals at home on Thursday Night Football, they are going to have to rely on Kyler Murray to really be a MVP. Only problem is, he is not. He is too small, he is afraid to get hit by these defenders (I do not blame him) and on top of that, the Cardinals just have no star WRs who can get downfield. Fitzgerald is good for the quick throws, but the 49ers LB core and secondary is so fast, there is not a lot to be excited about.

On the other hand, you have the 49ers. A team that is cruising on offense with no problems. Jimmy G. is hitting his weapons and Emmanuel Sanders looks to be revitalized. Patrick Peterson will likely not lock onto one player, especially because he does not like to guard the slot. Jimmy has plenty of weapons as Kittle can easily break loose multiple times against the very aggressive Buddah Baker. Tevin Coleman is running like a man possesed and the Cardnials run D is not really something to be scared about.

All in all, we got ourselves another boring primetime TV game. What a shocker…
