Earlier this Spring a former BEAST DOME Legend retired, one I once ranked higher than any Expert in his glory day in Derek Carr. Ode to Derek ‘Lemon Daddy’ Carr. Then I ranked him as a BUST in his Saints Days.

Another BEAST DOME Legend I ranked higher than any Expert during the Raiders glory days was Derek Carr’s RB, Latavius Murray. Latavius ended up being a BEAST DOME Legend for many years, many nicknames such as La-La-Latavius. Even a few feature articles such as.

LATAVIUS’ CARRIES MATTER

Funny enough that came out before BLM, which makes me think they stole it from my BEAST DOME article. Regardless of the fact, Latavius Murray was an amazing RB to root for. The power, the size, the speed, the shiftiness. Latavius really had it all, and although his fantasy production really never lived up to the potential as he rushed for only 6,500+ yards in 10 seasons, he was still a joy to root for in Fantasy.

Amazing how fast 10 years can feel, or how slow. It feels like three lifetimes ago since Latavius Murray was a starting RB for the Raiders in 2015, and for some reason never got another chance to be a true starter again after rushing for 1,066 yards in his first full season.
