FANTASY FOOTBALL LAMAR OF ATTRACTION VOL III

FANTASY FOOTBALL LAMAR OF ATTRACTION VOL III

By Muntradamus

BEAST DOME NATION.

If you have been an avid follower of BEAST DOME, you are aware of my take on Lamar Jackson through the years.

The Downfall started in 2020 in Lamar of Attraction Vol 1

Lamar says, I am on the cover of Madden.

His first thought without even being prompted.

“I am not worried about a curse”

Then compares himself to Patrick Mahomes, and asks for the “Curse” that Mahomes just won Super Bowl.

Curse. Curse. Curse.

Instantly when he decided to be on the cover of Madden, Lamar Jackson thought about the Madden Curse.

The Madden Curse is so engraved in Lamar’s head, that he has become a magnet for the Madden Curse. If he starts to make bad plays during the season, if he has a minor injury. Curse, Curse, Curse. The curse will be in Lamar’s head all season…..

Then in 2021 I called Lamar out again Lamar of Attraction Vol 2

Then in 2022 I said Lamar Jackson was the BUST of the Year, and I got a lot of whiplash for it.

In retrospect, when the Sheep have been going Lamar Jackson all three years, we have been going Tom Brady. The results? Brady set the single-season passing yard record (2021), single-season completion record (2022), and in 2020 Aaron Rodgers (MVP) was the other BEAST DOME QB to grab late with Brady, no site Ranked Rodgers higher that year, and Brady higher the other years. Guaranteed Playoffs for all, and Championships for most clients. Tom Brady is going to be missed by the BEAST DOME NATION, but more on Brady and Rodgers later this off-season. Back to Lamar.

There are times in life when you need to hire people to do jobs for you.

You hire a dentist to fix your teeth, if your teeth need to be fixed.

You hire a car mechanic to fix your car, if your car needs to be fixed.

You get the point. If you do not specialize in something that obviously takes years of training, you hire the person for that job. Which is why most of you hire me to be your Fantasy Football consultant. Sure you can do it on your own, but are your chances heavily increased by using my expertise? Absolutely. I spend countless hours watching film, studying x-factors you are not aware of, things you do not have time for. Would of you really drafted Josh Jacobs on your own last season? Everyone was letting him slip to Round 5, the BEAST DOME Nation was taking him with ease in every draft in Round 4 as a part of the Draft Guide. Back to Lamar.

Lamar Jackson has decided that he does not need an agent. That his mom can negotiate his contract. Lamar has never hired an agent because Lamar believes, a player can speak for himself and does not need a third person to make the deal. For him to insult the process of an athlete being represented by an Agent, he once again is throwing negative light.

NFL teams are colluding against him, and to be honest we should all be able to see why. What Lamar is doing is not right, he is trying to put an entire industry out of business by saying athletes do not need agents, even though this system has been going on for decades on decades. Relationships have been built, it is just part of the Sports Industry as much as Commercials during Sports Games. On top of that, Lamar had a really bad attitude about his injury last season. It seemed like he for sure was going to be able to come back at some point during the regular season last year, only to sit out everything including a playoff game. While you cannot fault Lamar for wanting to protect his body with his contract expiring. You can fault his decision to double down on not having an agent once again, as this is his first contract after his Rookie contract.

Lamar Jackson is going to go for pennies on the dollar most likely when it is all said and done IF he does not get an agent for these upcoming negotiations. By not having an agent Lamar has also been distracting himself from just focusing on Football and his playing career, as opposed to his financial career which the agent takes care of. You can semi-fault his mother for not being smart in this decision, but it is his mother who raised Lamar so god bless them both. However, it is time for the family to wise up to a business mentality. If the NFL wanted to, they could easily ban him from the league like Kaepernick for not following the system of having an agent, and there would be nothing they could do. I doubt it goes that far.

We will see what happens to Lamar Jackson, but once again, he is not showing good faith and he is trying to write his own rules instead of just being grateful for what could be coming to him. Who cares if his agent makes a cool $5-$10 Million just for signing papers and handling the phone calls. The agent can also bring in more revenue with sponsorships etc. Instead, Lamar is handling all of it on his own, with ZERO professional experience in the contract field for big money deals.
