HYDE & GO BEAST (PRESEASON FINALE)

This is a tribute article more than anything. You can type Carlos Hyde in the search bar and see the history of Carlos Hyde with BEAST DOME, but essentially the undrafted RB last season in Fantasy Football rushed for 1,000+ Yards in 2019. A sleeper that we were all hyped on no matter where he landed as we all nabbed him at the end of the draft.

Last season Carlos Hyde started with the Chiefs, he was traded to the Texans. Thursday Night Football to kick off the year is a battle between the Texans and the Chiefs! Funny how life works like that. Even after rushing for 1,000 Yards, Carlos Hyde could not find a starting RB gig in 2020 as he is currently the backup to Chris Carson. Not only is Carlos Hyde the backup to Chris Carson, but he may find himself in a 3rd string role when Rashaad Penny returns.

While I do have faith in Carlos Hyde to carve out a role for himself in 2020, this is the first time in the career of Carlos Hyde, he is not part of the BEAST DOME Draft Strategy. Yes, he was even part of the Draft Guide his Rookie season when he was behind Frank Gore in San Francisco. Watched him for the first time in my life during a preseason game (never watch College Football it is all Fools gold who is good, and not good).

HYDE & GO BEAST 2014

Wow, 2014 was when Hyde was a Rookie, how time flies. With that being said, this is just an ode to Carlos Hyde who will forever remain in the Heart of the BEAST DOME NATION, and it would not be a BEAST DOME preseason without at least one featured article on the legend. Watch him for him on the Waiver Wire if the often injured Chris Carson finds himself hurt once again.
