FANTASY FOOTBALL BUST OF THE WEEK

(CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP) UNDER THE HILL

By Muntradamus

BEAST DOME NATION.

All Football season, when I delivered my BUST of the week, I was not giving you freebie players. I was calling out bonafide 1st/2nd/3rd Round Fantasy Football Draft Picks. While they were drafted that high, does not mean they deserved to be.

Moving forward. A new angle is the approach. The approach we are going with is finding juicy player props. While games may or may not come down to a few calls, bad throws etc. There are good opportunities to find some good player props in a Football game where anything can happen on any play, but some people are not even part of the play.

This week in the Conference Championship. We are focusing on Justice Hill.

It is funny when I look back on Justice Hill on what I have said about him in public articles on BEAST DOME. The only time was in 2020 when I was writing how J.K. Dobbins had BUST material written all over him. (Lord of the Bust). Below is a piece from that article.

Still Dobbins is being selected in the first 7 rounds of Fantasy Football Drafts.

Ignoring the fact that Gus Edwards and Justice Hill are on the squad. Gus Edwards could be the starting RB for the Jaguars if he was with them right now, while Justice Hill was the Ravens top selected RB last season who they like and want to build a future for. Hill could see valuable 3rd down RB situations.

Still Dobbins is being selected in the first 7 rounds of Fantasy Football Drafts.

Fast forward to today. It is Hill and Edwards in the backfield, plus Dalvin Cook. The offense clearly runs behind Gus Edwards when they can, but Hill has become more or less their 3rd down RB who will take the occasional carries. Last week in the playoff game against the Texans, Gus Edwards got injured early in the 4th quarter when the Ravens had to run the clock out. (Gus is fine no longer injured). In that time Justice took over the game and carried the ball for 13x for over 66 yards, while even Dalvin Cook had eight carries of his own.

The Chiefs Run Defense is one of the best in the NFL. James Cook who was running the best anyone has ever ran against them ended up with -6 yards on three or four carries in the 4th quarter when this defense came alive. Nobody runs well on the Chiefs, and if you think in a big playoff game the Ravens are going to hand the ball off to Justice Hill more than a small handful of times, you are kidding yourself. If they fall behind, Hill will exclusively be catching passes whenever he is in the game.

Vegas has Justice Hill at 34.5 rushing yards. Take the under. Not the total yards, you never know what he can do in open space on a catch, but as far as running the ball, the Ravens will not win handing the ball off to Justice Hill and that is a fact.

MUNTRADAMUS PREDICTION

JUSTICE HILL 5 CARRIES. 15 YARDS

Coming this week on BEAST DOME
