FANTASY FOOTBALL BUST OF THE WEEK 1 (BURN THE OLAVE TREE)

FANTASY FOOTBALL BUST OF THE WEEK 1

(BURN THE OLAVE TREE)

By Muntradamus

BEAST DOME NATION.

It did not take long for basically every Fantasy Football Website outside of BEAST DOME to look absolutely foolish. You can read the Round-By-Round BUST Guide by clicking the image below.

Jahmyr Gibbs is at best a RB3, Skyy Moore and Kadarius Toney are more or less droppable in all leagues. While Rashee Rice ended up with a TD, without that TD he is droppable in all leagues. Bottom line, Mahomes is going to spread the ball out to everyone, besides Travis Kelce who will easily finish as the TE1 in Fantasy Football despite missing Week 1.

Speaking of Week 1, we need a BUST. Now I can give you obvious answers for who the BUST can be, but let us stick to the theme of the BEAST DOME BUST GUIDE above and pick.

CHRIS OLAVE

You can read the BUST guide above to see why I do not like Olave for the season, but for Week 1, this is not a good situation. The Titans are not the scariest Football team in the NFL, but they do own a very underrated defense. If the Saints are going to beat the Titans on Sunday, it is not going to be by the form of an old fashion shootout, no, we are looking at a slugfest. When I say slugfest, I mean pounding the rock killing the clock and both teams playing defense.

When both teams are running the ball heavy, the last thing you will get is 5+ Deep bombs to Olave, in fact even three deep bombs would be a lot. The Saints are going to be playing a very conservative gameplan on Sunday and when they do that, Olave is more of a decoy than a superstar.

Fantasy owners drafted Olave to be their WR1 as he went in the 2nd Round of nearly all drafts in August and September, in Week 1 he will play like a WR you should have kept on the bench.
