BET OF THE DAY:

OVER 9. CLE @ STL. Jake Westbrook and Josh Tomlin cannot buy QS’s at this point.  Both offenses have a lot of fire power, and each offense can easily score over 9 runs in this game by themselves.  This is definitely a safe pick if you had to take one bet today.

OVER 8.5. HOU @ CWS. Wandy Rodriguez is ICE COLD. Gavin Floyd is ICE COLD.  Both of these offenses have some fire power going, and both pitchers are prone to get crushed in this one.

PIT MONEYLINE. If you want insurance on the pick, take the over at 7.5.  The only way the Royals win this game is if they crush Bedard, because Luke Hochevar is certainly not going to have a QS in this one.

  1. Howdy Muntz! I would post in the chat but I can’t load it, I just relogged too.

    1. Is it safe to drop Viciedo? My roster is messed up, I need a pitcher badly, and Viciedo has cooled off and is DTD now.

Even if someone picks him up, I could get De Aze, Harper, Trout, or Zobrist who I dropped later

    2. Who do you like for tomorrow? Samardjiza, Scott Diamond or Mike Fiers? I’m leaning towards Diamond, already got him in another league.

Thanks so much Muntz… I’m gonna bring home another 3 championships in my baseball leagues just like I did for basketball =)

  2. GW.

    1. I would not drop Dayan. But because of the depth of your Waiver Wire, I will say that move is fine. Sunday the Hitter Power Rankings will be released, and you can see who to add.

    2. I do like Diamond against the Cubs, however their offense is quietly starting to heat up. If you want a good spot-starter for tomorrow who is on your waiver wire, I would go with Jason Vargas. The Dodgers offense is not a threat right now. Vargas being lefty also helps against Bobby Abreu and Andre Ethier. The Dodgers top two hitters.

GW. Keep winning, and keep bring home those trophies!
