MOST OVERRATED COACH IN NBA HISTORY

(STEVE KERR)

By Muntradamus

BEAST DOME NATION.

In life we are handed more opportunities than we are ever aware of. If someone ever gets a PAID coach position, whether it is High School/College or Pros, they were handed an opportunity. Some earn them, some are handed to them.

Steve Kerr inherited a Prime Steph Curry/Klay Thompson/Draymond Green (and Kevin Durant 2x). With those opportunities Steve Kerr seized the moment and led his Warriors to many Championships. While you cannot hate on Steve Kerr for those accomplishments, you sure can criticize, I mean Luke Walton went 24-0 as the Head Coach for the Warriors to start the 2016/17 season when Steve Kerr was out. Luke Walton’s head coaching career fizzled out very quickly, which shows you that he was not a great coach.

While the Warriors have not been contenders since Kevin Durant left, they finally have a chance again as they added another superstar in Jimmy Butler, which put the Warriors from Playoff Bubble to potential contender! With the spotlight on the Warriors, Steve Kerr has reminded us all how horrible of a coach he is.

Game 5. Rockets came out blazing and held a 27 Point lead at halftime. Midway through the 3rd quarter with the lead still at 27, and the Warriors with a 3-1 lead in the series, Steve Kerr gets cocky and says. Let us bench our superstars play our scrubs, we will win Game 6 at home. The scrubs got it to a 14 Point game with 6 minutes left in the 4th. Which is plenty of time for Steph to get hot and wipe out that 14 point lead, he elects to leave his bench in. Not good bench players like Gary Payton or Santos, he has guys like Braxton Key playing those crucial minutes blowing huge layups that would have brought the lead down to single digits! In Kerr’s presser after the game, he states Rockets had a 95% scoring rate in the 1st Half and that the game was over basically because of that. NOTE TO MORON STEVE KERR! NBA GAME IS 2 HALVES FOR A REASON!

Game 6. Warriors/Rockets was a back and forth game pretty much the entire game. Rockets held a 2 Point lead to start the 4th Quarter. Steve Kerr elects to go HACK-A-ADAMS, which killed any and all momentum for the Warriors on offense. If the Warriors did not score, Adams would hit both or 1 of 2 Free Throws. Even if the Warriors scored, Adams would get a free point or two. Every missed shot from the Warriors the lead would increase further and further for the Rockets. Just horrible coaching, horrible strategy.

We will see if the Warriors can win Game 7, but if I am Warriors management. It is time to move on from Steve Kerr. He was handed a Mercedes Benz. He is driving the Warriors like they are a Honda Civic. Most embarrassing thing of all, we are THIS LATE INTO THE SEASON, and Steve Kerr still cannot decide a starting Lineup. No Championship team switches up their starting lineup multiple times in the same series. JUST A HORRIBLE COACH!
