The Grizz and Jazz are both known to be defensive teams. Memphis I do not know why they still have that rep after losing both Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph who built that culture, but both those guys were not even defensive minded. Mike Conley was and still is a great defensive PG, but he will not even be playing in this game for now Utah.

Memphis will be without Morant at PG today, and Jonas will be battling with Gobert every drive. A battle Gobert will easily win limiting Jonas to maybe a low-end double/double at best. No other shooters for Memphis, all of a sudden this team is in trouble if Utah can do anything.

Utah has a ton of shooters around the preimeter and THE DON Mitchell to lead the way. Gobert will not be an offensive option, more or less just a guy who plays defense and gets rebounds. Look for Mitchell to spread it to the shooters and the shooters to have open shots, because with no Mike Conley on the court. No reason to let Mitchell beat you. I see the open shooters making their open shots at home like Ingles and Bog Bog. You also have Ed Davis and Jeff Green who will be playing angry in a revenge game against their old Memphis Grizz.
