FANTASY FOOTBALL YEAR 7 FOR K1 (Kyler Murray)

FANTASY FOOTBALL YEAR 7 FOR K1 (Kyler Murray)
By Muntradamus
BEAST DOME NATION.
If you are reading Fantasy Football articles from other “Experts.” Know that you are reading from people who most likely believed Kyler Murray was the answer at QB for Fantasy Football Ranking him as a QB1 on your roster at some point in his NFL Career. Not BEAST DOME. Go ahead and search Kyle Murray in the Player articles on the right and you will see he is constantly on the BUST list year after year.
While Kyler does have skills and intangibles you want your Fantasy QB to have, when it comes down to putting it all together, he never really has. Consistently at least. Kyler is far less of a running QB than he was when he first came into the NFL, but in retrospect he is a far better passing QB than he was when he first came into the NFL.
I would consider 5 points is what it takes to be considered a running QB that game. If the QB gets 5 points or more towards your Fantasy Football score, he is making an impact on the ground. Kyler reached that level only 6x last season, which is about 33% of the time he has made an impact with his legs. Kyler did have 5 Rushing TDs and the second most rushing yards he ever had in a season last year, which just shows even if he is running well he is still not taking over the game with his legs. The rushing attempts for Kyler were down to less than 5 attempts per game. Cam Newton would run 5x in the 1st Quarter.
Kyler has the weapons this year to make the magic happen, but he always seems to have a pretty good group of talent around him in his career. From DeAndre Hopkins, “Just throw it up and he will catch it.” Kyler even had a couple years of Larry Fitzgerald on his resume.
While Kyler is an exciting Fantasy Option, he is not a reliable one. 7 Years in the NFL, nothing to really show for it. Will Kyler be the QB of the Fantasy Football Draft Guide? Absolutely not, and I would not consider Kyler Murray a Top 10 QB. Kyler is no longer a running QB, he is a passing QB who will run a few times per game. While his arm is talented, his consistency and IQ in certain situations still have some room to grow. Even in Year 7. I have finished my team breakdowns on the Draft Guide, which only means.
