FANTASY FOOTBALL THURSDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

JACOB’S LADDER WEEK 14

By Muntradamus

BEAST DOME NATION.

The Rams have easily been the most disappointing team this season. First they blamed the O-Line, then they blamed the injuries to Kupp/Stafford/Allen Robinson/Aaron Donald, and now this team is garbage. The minor-league Rams are going up against maybe the hottest team in the AFC West, the Raiders.

The Raiders are one of the hottest teams in the NFL thanks to one of the key components of the BEAST DOME Draft Strategy, Josh Jacobs. Nearly all the BEAST DOME clients snagged the star RB in Round 4/5 as he is now the MVP of Fantasy Football as we head into the stretch run.

THIS IS FROM THE 2022 DRAFT GUIDE

The Rams without Aaron Donald have no chance of stopping the run, with Terrell Lewis out as well, this Rams D is in trouble. The secondary is in trouble as well as Jalen Ramsey is just one man, and it is doubtful he shadows Davante Adams all game. Derek Carr can mix it up and find plenty of open weapons.

The Rams on offense are going to have an easier matchup than anticipated thanks to new injuries to Jayon Brown as well as Rock Ya-Sin, as well as Billings up the middle. The Rams are going to try to pound Akers as much as possible to keep the Raiders offense off the field, eventually, Rams will need to throw. Raiders secondary definitely is beatable, it is just a matter of the pass rush from the Raiders getting to Wolford quickly, and they will. There will be some open plays here and there, but this one is going to get ugly for the Rams offense. If Baker Mayfield makes the start tonight, there is a bit of upside in the Rams passing game. Not enough to consider for Fantasy.
