FANTASY FOOTBALL THURSDAY NIGHT LIGHTS Battle Florida (WEEK 3)

By Muntradamus

BEAST DOME NATION.

What is this Battle state showdowns on Thursday Night Football? Last week it was Battle Ohio, this week Battle Florida. Time to investigate and see if this is going to be a trend.

After wasting 4 minutes looking at the schedule, I see that this is the last time we will have a battle ground in the same state between two teams that will not be in the playoffs.

DOLPHINS @ JAGUARS

Fitzmagic on Primetime TV. Can we ask for anything better! The Dolphins will likely rely on an air attack against a stacked Jaguars Front 7. While the Jaguars defense will look bad to someone with the naked eye who only reads box scores, the Jaguars front 7 is stacked with; Two pro bowl Linebackers. Two early draft picks d-line, and a Partridge Dolphins running game that is no threat..

You would think when a team goes out and spends big money on the established; Jordan Howard and Matt Brieda, they would actually use the duo. Instead it has been Myles Gaskin who is dominating the touches. A player we likely will not remember one year from now. While Myles has speed, his upside is Nyheim Hines. Howard lead the Bears to a deep playoff run a couple seasons ago, while Matt Brieda was leading the NFL in rushing last year before he got injured.

The Dolphins are going to throw the ball, and Fitzmagic will be plenty excited to make it rain. Look for a lot of deep shots to his main man in DeVante Parker, as well as Preston Williams. Magic will get to Gesicki over the middle, and he will likely be throwing it on the checkdown to no other than Myles Gaskin.

Dolphins offense will roll. A sentence I did not expect to say about this team.

The Jaguars are rolling right now on offense. Another sentence I did not expect to say.

Minshew is playing backdoor football running around the pocket and making great throws to his WRs. Based off of that sentence I would say Minshew is the truth, however I am still not convinced. He is lucky to have no Byron Jones this week, which means Minshew will have plenty of mismatches. DJ Chark Jr. can easily have a breakout game in this one allowing his fantasy owners to have a sigh of relief. If Chark cannot take advantage of this matchup, that leash as a WR3 on your roster gets a little tighter. LVS is turning into a fun fantasy player to watch, but his potential is always capped especially when players like Keelan Cole and Chris Conley are on the field as viable WRs. Cannot forget Tyler Eifert.

Running the ball will not be so easy, but James Robinson has looked great thus far and as long as the Jaguars are in scoring threat, like they will be, then we can easily see Robinson find his way in the endzone. Dolphins Front 7 is good enough to hold their own, rushing yards will be limited.

In the end we have ourselves a shootout. Ryan FitzMagic one more time against Future FitzMagic in Minshew Mania. Let the best Average plus QB win!
