FANTASY FOOTBALL THURSDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

BAKE ME A W (WEEK 11)

BEAST DOME NATION.

The Cleveland Browns Defense was supposed to be the backbone of this team. Yes Odell and Landry + Hunt and Chubb is an electric quad-sum? But the Browns Defense is “kicking” rocks and their is really no hope for this team. They have lost Vernon and Kirksey, but for the first time in a long time, their secondary is actually healthy. Will it even matter?

The game is calling for a cold night, 35 degrees with heavy winds, more like 27 degrees is what it will feel like according to the all reliable weather.com. With heavy winds and a healthy James Conner, the Steelers are going to give the TERMINATOR (James Conner) all the work he can handle. Jaylen Samuels will get some touches, but Conner is the star of this team. JuJu does have a winnable matchup against Denzel Ward, and even Dionate Johnson and Vance McDonald had a Farm will be open. However on the road in a cold game, look for the Steelers to try to get into a defensive showdown with a heavy dose of running the ball.

What makes the Steelers D so great? They are really really fast. The safties are fast, the LBs are fast, the pass rush is fast. When you are going up against a fast team, you need to be smart and not take big chunk plays. Expect a lot of bubble screens to the WRs, quick slants, and the awesome formation of Kareem Hunt lined up at FB while Nick Chubb is at RB. Baker knows he needs to win this game for his team, and his legacy. The matchups are not great with his WRs, but he can always force feed Odell and see if he can make amazing plays. Joe Haden is the matchup, and Haden did a good job covering Kupp whenever he did, Kupp did not even have a catch last week. If Odell is covered, Baker has the options. However with cold weather, heavy wind, and a tough defense. Do not expect Fireworks from the Browns offense.
