The Titans are arguably ruining the career of Derrick Henry. Henry is maybe one of the greatest RBs the NFL has ever seen, and because of either poor coaching or poor QB play, whatever you want to blame, Henry and the Titans cannot really do much besides maybe just make the playoffs throughout his career. While there have been some highs, starting Will Levis and his lifetime supply of mayo as the Titans QB for the foreseeable future is definitely a low.
People would be quick to say, “Look how amazing the Titans were last week! Hopkins had 3 TDs.” While Hopkins and the entire Titans passing game had some life, I am going to say it was more of the Falcons daring Levis to throw in single coverage. Hopkins can still dominate in single coverage.
Steelers Defense has really not all been that great this year. Sure TJ Watt is still getting his numbers, but the loss of Cam Heyward has been a loss for the Steelers to remember. The Titans will try to pound Henry on the road as much as possible, daring Levis to beat them with his arm. Steelers have a more talented secondary than the Falcons, and Patrick Peterson vs. DeAndre Hopkins with an average QB should be a fair matchup.
All in all, this game is going to be ugly. Any play the Titans make will likely be followed with no consistency, and the Titans D has not really been that consistent either. At the end of the day, the Teen Titans on the road are not the same Teen Titans at home. Especially with a Teen Titan at QB. The Titans will be better off if they go back to Ryan Tannehill when he is healthy.
