FANTASY FOOTBALL THURSDAY NIGHT BEAST (11)

LAMAR OF ATTRACTION VOL. IV

By Muntradamus

BEAST DOME NATION.

If you are new to BEAST DOME, welcome to a segment that was very popular the last few years, Lamar of Attraction. You can use the search bar in the right corner to look up old articles. As you may have noticed in 2023, Lamar Jackson has not made the BEAST DOME headlines at all. He was BUST of the Week one week, yes he had a good game, yes the Browns made a QB change after the article was written making the matchup that much easier.

However, we are in a new realm. Lamar of Attraction has now been paid, and he is happy. Since then he has been dominating. While the TDs have not been there, he is leading the Ravens to one of the best offenses they have had in his career. While there have been some giant leaps from Lamar this season as a passing QB, he still acts like a street ball QB who does not know how to throw the ball and will literally gift-wrap the other team an easy INT. Lamar has been far less guilty of this in 2023 than his past, however he did show signs of that old version of Lamar last week.

This week he gets a good matchup against a Bengals defense that has been far from impressive. If the Bengals do not make the playoffs, or lose early in the playoffs, it is because their defense is not very good. Injuries totaled up, and losing Jessie Bate and Eli Apple has not been helpful to this team.

Look for Lamar Jackson to look like Lamar Brady at home, and the Ravens will continue their dominant season as they move to wrap up the AFC North sooner rather than later.
