FANTASY FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME HAIKU

BEAST DOME NATION.

For those new to BEAST DOME or who have not been part of Preseason BEAST. For every single preseason game for every single team, I do a weekly Haiku. Since the Cardinals/Panthers Hall of Fame Game really has no real fantasy importance, here is a sample you would get. For the record I watched the entire game, as I watch every entire game of every preseason.

PANTHERS

Kenny Pickett looked barely good enough to justify having as a 2nd string QB on a NFL roster. However his job is not rock solid safe as Haynes King looked just as good. Either way, both are not on the fantasy radar.

AJ Dillon looks like Jerome Bettis. Dillon did enough to move into #3 on the Panthers Depth Chart and at this point a few stolen goal line TDs ala Sean Tucker could/should happen. Have not seen him move that healthy since he vultured carries from Green Bay Aaron Jones.

Panthers deep at WR this year, Metchie too good to be a 4th/5th stringer.

Panthers backup defense is not good, target the OVER in second half of games against them in preseason.

CARDINALS

Carson Beck looked like Prime Steelers Kenny Pickett. Beck made a few really impressive throws in small spaces, but his big chunk plays were to options that were wide open. While I will hold back some credit for looking good against 3rd/4th stringers, at least he performed. Still 3rd string to Minshew, if Minshew looks really bad in the preseason, Beck can maybe sneak to 2nd string.

Bam Knight is probably the best #4 RB in the NFL, he looks sharp and can instantly be part of the three man rotation if an injury happened to any AZ RB. He could be the #3 RB to a lot of teams. Kiner is a good preseason sleeper for Week 3 as the 5th string RB, but Hull who just signed is a preseason GOAT.

Jalen Brooks definitely has the WR4 spot, Weaver is not that good.
