FANTASY FOOTBALL BUST OF THE (WEEK 16)

BIJAN THE GRAVE

MERRY BEASTMAS BEAST DOME NATION.

Just when you thought Bijan Robinson and his nightmare rookie season could not get any worse. Bijan strumbled in the Fantasy Playoffs last week with .4 points in standard leagues, knocking out any owners that somehow got in with him. We also saw Cordarelle Patterson steal the goal line TD last week, something I preached would happen this preseason, yet the sheep completely ignored him in their thought process when telling everyone to draft Bijan Robinson with a first-round pick.

For those season long Fantasy owners that still have Bijan, or DFS owners that have Bijan in their sight for Week 16. Look the other way, fast. There is nothing good about Bijan Robinson in Week 16. The Colts Run D is very strong every since they got Stewart back from suspension. Only clowns will tell you the Colts suck against RBs because they will count the 200+ screen pass yards the Bengals got on them a couple weeks ago, as well as dismissing the time Stewart was suspended. Colts Run D is the real deal, and the Falcons are not committed to using Bijan. At this point I do not blame them.

No doubt Bijan is a special player, but he definitely shies away from the big hits and tries to get fancy to avoid them, which has led to a lot of fumbles his rookie season. ESPN will only say 3 fumbles, but they are only counting his fumbles lost. While I am not a die hard Tyler Alligator fan, he does run the football like a solid RB who falls forward on contact and will take the blows to his body. On the spectrum of Marshawn Lynch to Darren Sproles, Bijan Robinson is definitely on the Darren Sproles, even though he is built like a Marshawn.

I do not blame Bijan for not wanting to run into brick walls and fall forward, but that is part of the game if you want to be a great one and help your team win games.
