FANTASY FOOTBALL 5 PLAYERS THAT CHANGED MY MIND

THIS PRESEASON

By Muntradamus

BEAST DOME NATION.

I learned a lot this preseason, and when I say a lot, I mean I have found just about every diamond in the rough, and every BEAST in the Field. If you notice the major difference between me and the other Fantasy Football websites, there are very few players I like. While the other sites will tout just about everyone. I have watched every meaningful snap this preseason and now my clients are prepared to BEAST, and you can be as well for as little as a $25 Deposit to Wanna Parlay.

TREY BENSON & JAMES CONNER

I wrote a, ‘Players that can win you your league’ article earlier this Summer on FantasyPros. I mentioned James Conner as a guy you can depend on who will be a lead RB with no competition for carries in the mid-rounds, better than those Rookie Picks in TreVeyon Henderson & RJ Harvey. Then the preseason started and it took no time for Trey Benson to look like an absolute stud. I was surprised how good he looked, even James Conner said that Benson would play more this year. While the OC has said Conner will be the workhorse RB, and I still do like Conner over Henderson/Harvey, I do not like Conner as much as I did a month ago. There are better picks in that range than going with an aging RB that is paired with a young star. Trey Benson took his game to another level.

JORDAN LOVE LACKS WR TALENT

Injuries really brought this on more than anything. I was a little high on Jordan Love as a solid backup QB you can depend on in Fantasy as the summer started, but right now this Packers squad is hurting at WR. To make matters worse, Jordan Love’s thumb was bothering him and he got surgery to fix it. Love is expected to be ready Week 1, but his WR core does not have enough talent and even though Matthew Golden has had a nice preseason, there is not enough there to wow me. Love went from a Top 12 QB in my mind before the preseason, closer to a Top 20 QB now.

EMEKA EGBUKA

I wrote a BEAST or BUST article on Emeka before the preseason. Never doubted the talent, just doubted the opportunity. Well opportunity opened up as Chris Godwin who was signed to a big deal is now more injured than believed and could miss the first four games of the season. Add in Jalen McMillan who was looking dominant to end last season and this preseason, before getting smacked on a Hospital Ball from Teddy Bridgewater and will miss half of the season. Emeka went from battling for snaps, to a clear cut WR2 who should have a big season. His Draft Price is not Cheap, but he should perform very well this season making him a BEAST, not a BUST like the article suggested.

KENDRE MILLER & ALVIN KAMARA

Kendre Miller continues to impress. Alvin Kamara had a great run as thee guy for the Saints but that run is coming to an end. There is no doubt Kamara is the better RB, but Kamara is at a stage in his career where he does not have to play non-meaningful snaps. With the way the Saints are treating their QB situation, the Saints will be playing many non-meaningful snaps this season which will pave a larger role for Kendre Miller in 2025.

CAM WARD

This Summer I wrote a BEAST or BUST article on Cam Ward. I wrote that he would be a BUST because he does not know how to look off a defense. While there is some minor bumps in the road ahead for Cam Ward, he is definitely a winner and definitely brings a swagger to the Titans Franchise which will have them in a position to win games this season. While Cam is nothing more than a QB2 in Fantasy Football, I still want to respectfully give him a BEAST as he has impressed me as a NFL ready QB. Tim Boyle must have taught him well before his departure with the Titans.
