The chances of being born into this world is 400 Trillion-1. The chances of having the number 1 pick in Fantasy Football is about 12-1, depends on league size. While being born into this world is definitely way more of an achievement, it is hard to deny how lucky you feel when you are awarded with the number 1 pick in Fantasy Football. When you have the number 1 pick, you want to draft a player that you know in your heart of hearts is the best player on the field, you literally can pick anyone you want! Yet the Sheep from far and wide all picked wrong. My favorite place to draft from was #3.

PICK #1 JA’MARR CHASE

Every draft far and wide, like if it were the National Anthem before a game, Ja’Marr Chase would go #1. Chase is a sexy WR do not get me wrong. He seems like a player who can have BIG games, and when I say BIG, I mean 30+ Point games. With that being said, I do like Chase to have a big year and finish as the #1 WR. Very little risk to his game, maybe the only risk is that Tee Higgins in reality deserves just as many targets as Chase, but the LSU connection for Burrow/Chase will always make Chase thee #1. If I was drafting from the #1 spot, I would NOT take Chase, though I do not deny his talent.

PICK #2 BIJAN ROBINSON

Read this article on Bijan Robinson I wrote last week, Bijan Bust Again? Bijan was never my #1 even though in every draft Bijan would go #2 behind Chase. In fact Bijan is my RB #8 in my Rankings. For all those who do not know, Tyler Allgeier is a DAWG! Tyler ran for 1,000 Yards as a Rookie when it was a 16 game season, and he was not even the starting RB until Week 14!? Bijan is definitely the guy for the Falcons, but Tyler is too good of a RB to not be involved heavily and potentially near the goal line. Never in a million years would you catch me drafting a RB in the 1st Round that was part of a committee, zero shares of Jahmyr Gibbs while we are on the topic.

PICK #3 SAQUON BARKLEY

Were we all watching the same NFL last season? AM I TAKING CRAZY PILLS?! Saquon Barkley was essentially playing Disney’s LaDanian Tomlinson on Ice in 2024. If it was not for the Tush Push TDs that Jalen Hurts stole, Saquon Barkely would have had close to 30 TDs. Even with Hurts stealing the TDs, Saquon still put up a historic season with 2,000 yards while sitting out the last game and 15 TDs. He did all that only in his first year with the Eagles, at the end of the day Ja’Marr Chase owners who selected Chase #1 can only dream that Chase has that type of season for the Bengals.

It is year 2 for Saquon, the Eagles are stacked with their same Super Bowl roster from a year ago. Once again the Sheep allowing everyone to dominate who had the BEAST DOME Draft Strategy. Saquon is now falling to pick #4/#5 if you are drafting today with Ceedee Lamb and Gibbs going ahead of the Hall of Fame RB.
