As we approach the end of May, it is another chance to put out the perfect 2 start starter and get those easy wins. This week that pitcher is Dan Straily.

DAN STRAILY – 34% OWNED

Straily was injured to start the year with a bicep injury. After allowing 4 ER in his first start, Straily is looking as vintage as he looked last year before the injury. Has not allowed more than 2 ER in his last 4 starts sitting with an ERA hovering above 3.12.

Straily starts out his week in San Diego, what many people believe to be is the best pitching park in all of Baseball. San Diego offense is hitting the ball, but Straily can definitely pitch himself around that batting order a few times. Not entirely worried, plus Tyson Ross should set the pace for a low scoring game.

Second start, Straily goes to Arizona. A team that is really struggling for that big bat. Goldschmidt has yet to come to his MVP senses leaving this lineup really battered up. With no A.J. Pollock or Steven Souza, the D’Backs offense is not that much of a threat.

SLEEPER HITTERS FOR THE WEEK

MAC WILLIAMSON – OF – SFG (26% Owned)

Mac has shown some flashes of power in the majors with 3 bombs in limited start. He has been injured this year, he started in the minors, Mac has yet to get the full Major League Rhythm check that most players have had the chance to experience.

This week Mac starts his week in Colorado, a place that turns power hitters into consistent 30+ HR potential. Mac is one of those players that one day could hit 30+ HRs in a season, and if there was ever a place where Mac could get that going, Colorado is that place.
