FANTASY BASEBALL TYLER GLASNOW CY YOUNG SLEEPER (2026)

FANTASY BASEBALL TYLER GLASNOW CY YOUNG SLEEPER (2026)
By Muntradamus
BEAST DOME NATION.
Fantasy baseball is not a sprint. It is not even a marathon. It is a team effort.
You can draft three of the best players in the game and still lose your league. It takes depth, value, and the right players outperforming their draft position.
Here is one player the Beast Dome Draft Guide wants you targeting.
TYLER GLASNOW
Tyler Glasnow is as dominant as any pitcher in baseball when he is on the mound.
He can strike out 9 hitters in 5 innings.
He can throw a shutout.
He has ace level stuff every time he pitches.
There are very few pitchers in the game with his strikeout upside.
The issue has always been health.
Glasnow has yet to reach 25 starts in a season and is entering his age-33 year. That is a real concern, and it is the reason he continues to be undervalued in fantasy drafts.
But here is the key.
He is healthy right now.
Early this spring, Glasnow has already racked up 15 strikeouts in 10 innings. The stuff looks the same. The dominance is still there.
Pitching for the Los Angeles Dodgers, he is going to have elite run support and plenty of opportunities to rack up wins. With a strong bullpen behind him, those leads are going to hold.
What separates Glasnow is not just the wins. It is the dominance.
When he is on, he pitches like a top-five starter in all of baseball.
2026 Outlook
Glasnow can be drafted as late as the 10th or 11th round in many leagues, and sometimes even later.
At that price, you are not drafting risk.
You are drafting upside.
If he gives you 140 to 160 innings, that is enough for him to deliver ace level production. When he pitches closer to 200 innings, you have the potential to rob Las Vegas.
His odds to win the Cy Young sit around +3500.
If you are looking for a long-shot play with real upside, Glasnow is that answer.
He is not just a value pick.
He is a difference-maker.
