Back in the prime of Baseball in the early 2000s, there was a closer by the name of Francisco Rodriguez. He was so lights out for the Angels , they nicknamed him K-Rod. Years later Eduardo Rodriguez came up with the Red Sox, and he was looking lights out. He was wild, but he had that special something that made him electric. Soon the nickname E-Rod came. Tonight we are calling on BEAST ROD who is having his best season yet with a 2.70 ERA.

If there was ever a time to face the Royals for a left handed pitcher, this would be it. With no Salvador Perez, the Royals are missing their best power bat, and best bat against lefties in general. Bobby Witt Jr. is a nice player, and he is a threat, but the rest of this Royals lineup looks very weak against the still-electric lefty.

Ryan Yarbrough has been pitching well for the Royals, but when you got a hot Tigers lineup, you have a hot Tigers lineup. Torkleson/Baez and the rest of this Tigers squad should continue to put up runs like they have been since the All-Star Break. Tigers are quietly playing good baseball right now, while the Royals are playing for the #1 Pick.

While I would put Hedge Fund money on the Tigers ML, nobody every got rich betting on the Tigers. We will use E-Rod in DFS tonight with confidence. We will also take his Strikeout prop.

Braves bats are hot, and they should smash Ryne Nelson who is not going to be pitching in the majors for long. From Acuna to Arcia, this lineup can smash and they got Eddie Rosario back tonight. Braves offense will be scoring runs all Inning, even against the D-Backs bullpen, Braves will always be a threat to score runs.
