The Hedge took its first negative day thanks to the hottest-hitting team in MLB (Blue Jays), getting no-hit by Matt Manning and the Tigers. It is okay though, did not go big on the Jays (-$103) as I reminded all of you many times, it is important to stay humble. Also helped the Yankees offense came through in their play to negate the damage. DFS was not bad as well. Not big wins, but we will take any wins after the Blue Jays got no-hit.

It is the last day before the All-Star Break, but not the last day for this Hedge as it continues through next weekend.

HEDGE PLAYS FOR SUNDAY

Pirates offense against Zach Davies

Pirates have had a rough week facing good pitchers. They saw Kershaw/Urias/Bobby Miller/Gallen, this rotation alone would be a Playoff contender. After all of these dominant pitchers the Pirates have seen, now they face Zach Davies. Davies does not throw hard, he throws with a lot of movement and placement. These Pirates hitters can make hard contact with those pitches, and they have some guys who can even hit it out of the ball park. Davies will not be able to coast the way he will want to.

($25K 1st/$50 Double Up) = $40 Entry

At the end of the day, we are putting money on the Pirates here. We are not going all in, in fact we are trying to get a Hole in one on a Par 3 with really no risk at all. Not a bad position to put the Hedge as we go into the All-Star Break.
