Strategy: If you can build power in your INF, there are plenty of OF options who will give you a mega amount of SBs. You can find guys like Coco Crisp, Cameron Maybin who go very late. There are also plenty of options who will give you 20 HR/20 SB potential, if not 20 HR/ 40 SB potential. I would aim for those guys such as Desmond Jennings and B.J. Upton. OF is very deep and unless you are getting the elite players, focus on filling your INF first.
