2017 FANTASY FOOTBALL DST & IDP FANTASY\nMVP NATION.\n\nI am not going to overthink this.\n\nThe thing about D\/ST and IDP. Unless they are Seattle Seahawks, or JJ Watt caliber of a Fantasy Option which you have to start nearly 100% of the season. The best play is to go on the Waiver Wire.\n\nIdentifying the weak matchups is not something you can just point to here and there. Sure we know the Rams offense is garbage, play defenses against them. We know the Colts cannot block, pick pass rushers against them.\n\nEach week is different, injuries happen. In this article I will talk about each D\/ST as a Haiku as we head into the season. Including the IDP options to look out for.\n\nNOTE. If you have Seattle Defense or Need to Stream Defense Week 1.\n\nBills vs. NYJ. Great option, Bills Pass Rush should destroy Jets O-Line and Josh McCown not ready for that heat with no WR core.\n\nSTEELERS @ Browns. Joe Haden with Steelers is a great fit. Right away Steelers Defense can make noise in a good matchup. Steelers vs. Minnesota Week 2 could be good as well if you need to carry over. IF you own Seattle, you are playing Seattle vs. SF in Week 2.\nFINAL IDP\/DST HEADING INTO SEASON\n \nEVERYTHING BELOW FROM SCRATCH\nSEATTLE SEAHAWKS\nMartellus Bennett is going to be a sack machine and can be started nearly every week.
