How to sum up the time for the Lakers without LeBron James? Not very good, is a nice way of putting it. The Lakers were supposed to use this time to get Lonzo Ball/Brandon Ingram and Kyle Kuzma all into All-Star form for when LeBron returned. In the end, that was not the case.

Lonzo Ball was looking very good like the star he can be, but he got injured.

Brandon Ingram has not shown enough consistency to be a superstar, but he is showing that he is a great role player.

Kyle Kuzma is great, but he clearly cannot carry a team. Though he is a great role star superstar.

The real winner of this time without LeBron, Zubac and KCP. Two guys who were probably not on anyones radar as far as players to build around. Regardless, this time for the Lakers was a mess without LeBron and it is about to get an EXCLAMATION POINT on how bad it was tonight.

The 76ers come to town, a team that Embiid has dominated in his sleep over the last few seasons. Embiid will tear apart Zubac, and while McGee and Chandler do have what it takes to maybe slow down Joel. Embiid is a special talent and those guys are far from their prime condition.

With Embiid dominating, with Ben Simmons being guarded by Rajon Rondo? That equals an automatic Triple Double. Jimmy Butler is back, JJ Redick is shooting well, and Wilson Chandler is back as well. The 76ers are a top contender in the EAST, and they should show tonight on the big stage in LA, that they are the team to BEAT!!

While the Lakers limp in with no Kuzma, and Brandon Ingram should have a lot of trouble against the veteran Wilson Chandler. 76ers will be running on fast breaks all game, should get ugly very very fast.
