Valdez has found his groove a bit, but more important the Tigers are secretley one of the hottest teams in Baseball. They can easily find a way to move to the top of the AL Central the way they are playing, but the question is will they be sellers at the deadline. Cubs do not hit lefties well. Peterson has never been good, his arm is over the hill and the Tigers will hit the soft lefty big hanging curveballs.

MUNETAKA MURAKAMI OVER 1.5 H+R+R

Murakami is a bit cold in the power department, but he is still getting hits and scoring runs batting 2nd. ‘Harold &’ Kumar Rocker is on the mound for the Rangers, and all he does is serve up White Castle Burgers. Murakami will get back on track.

CJ ABRAMS OVER 1.5 H+R+R

CJ Abrams is a superstar. Best trade ever for the Nationals getting James Wood + Abrams for Juan Soto back in the day, the human pinata Michael Lorenzo is on the mound. In Colorado, Abrams is hitting the ball on easy mode right now.

FRAMBER VALDEZ OVER 4.5K & 17.5 OUTS

Framber has shown flashes of the Houston Astros days as of late. While the Cubs offense is a bit alive, they do not hit lefties as well as righties, especially ace lefties. While Valdez may not be an ace anymore, the Cubs offense sees him pitch once a blue moon, if that, the strikeout sliders should move more than the batters think.

REYNALDO LOPEZ OVER 14.5 OUTS

Reynaldo had an ERA in the 1.90 range a couple seasons ago, he has not found his exact groove since that day, but asking for 5 Innings of good pitching against the Padres is really not asking for much. The Padres offense is hot, but as long as Lopez continues to pitch how he has been pitching before the All-Star Break, 15 outs is not asking for much.
