Consider this article, Fall of the Rookie RB’s Vol. II, we covered Vol. I earlier this week. After I finished my preseason boot camp, I jumped into my first Fantasy Football draft early in the Summer excited to see how I can create the ultimate team with the ultimate strategy. Out of nowhere, Omarion Hampton was drafted in the 3rd round. ‘Am I missing something here?’ Is the first thing I thought to myself. Omarion was not even on my draft radar, and here he goes being drafted in the 3rd Round. When I say not on my Draft Radar, even FantasyPros had to say something about my Preseason rank of Omarion.

So after that draft I decided to look at more tape on Omarion and do a deeper dive. Then I saw what everyone saw. He has a sexy NFL RB body. It is the truth, every RB is built different, Omarion is built like PRIME Le’Veon Bell. It looks great to the eye test, but the reality is his skill is not anywhere near the body. His vision is poor, and his breaking tackle ability is poor, and this was all proved to me in the entire preseason, especially in the first game. Omarion took a pitch from the 3 yard line, had a one on one opportunity to score a TD with nothing but open grass, and he went down like a scarecrow.

It may not be this week, it may not be this month, but at some point much sooner than later, Najee Harris is going to be the starting RB for the Chargers. Najee Harris has done nothing wrong in his NFL career. He has never missed a game, he has rushed for 1,000 yards every season, even when splitting time with Jaylen Warren. For some reason, everyone forgot that and just started gooning to Omarion Hampton College Football tape when he was going up against College athletes who are now working for All State Insurance (Nothing against anyone who works for All-State). Omarion Hampton was one of the worst picks in Fantasy Football this season, you will find out much sooner than later if you made the mistake of listening to the Sheep.
