Any lineup questions?
blazers007

March 18, 2012 – 8:39 pm
Other than Biyombo and Walker, who are the fantasy sleepers for playoffs?
sarapmoboy

March 18, 2012 – 8:41 pm
@Muntra: you mentioned not to pick Hawes as he sits in some games. Manu is in my team, and I think Pop’s plan is to sit Duncan, TP and Manu in most games as precaution, especially if the Spurs already clinch playoffs. Should they be dropped as the fantasy playoff nears?

Why is Serge Ibaka’s minutes are always limited, considering he’s more productive than Perkins and Nick Collison?…
muntradamus

March 18, 2012 – 8:45 pm
@Blazers I really like Tristan Thompson. I hope the Cavs find a way to get him in that lineup even when Varejao returns. He is the starting center currently and played 35+ Minutes in his first start. Brandon Knight should also be a beast come fantasy playoff time. As soon as Stuckey stops this hot streak, Knight’s will begin. More to come on this as we inch closer to the playoffs. Isaiah Thomas is another name, Jordan Crawford is my early fantasy playoff MVP candidate.

@sarap I would not drop any of those guys until you get official word that these guys will get DNPs. At this point I would have expected Duncan to have way more DNPs and it seems like he never sits.

WEEK 13 ARTICLES:

(DAILY SHOW)..Coming Soon.
(PLAYER UPDATE/TRADE ANALYZER)
(Waiver Wire/Week Ahead (13))

This article will rank all the players for people in daily fantasy leagues.  I will rank each player by position number and tier.  If you want more information about each player read Mid-Season Reports.

You can use these rankings to help you decide if you are going to bet on any of the games.  Typically the better fantasy options are going to lead their teams to victories. *Not always.

If you have any daily lineup questions feel free to ask.  For all general questions you can post in the DAILY SHOW.

This Page Will Be Updated Daily

Updated: 3/25/12 (12:49PM PCT).

  1. Should I be worried on the condition of Rodney Stuckley? If so should I drop him in order to pick up Klay Thompson?

  2. It depends how deep/shallow your league is Garrett. If you can afford to replace Stuckey’s production with that of your other players, then make that move. It will help you especially if your team is a lock for the playoffs.

  3. I’d also like to know this. I’m tanking rebounds in my 10-man H2H league so I’m really only using Biyombo for his great blocks.. are there any better free agent options? It looks like I’ll be getting a first round bye in the playoffs next week if that makes a difference.

I tried to register a few days ago, but never had the password emailed to me.

  4. Wilson Chandler is available and Gallo has a broken thumb. Should I add him for Biyombo? My next worst players would be Robinson, Crawford (WAS), Sessions or Matthews.

  5. Great Question.

Despite Bismack playing like Marcus Camby, you have to keep him in all leagues. Charlotte has 5 Games the week of 4/9 and 3 Games the week of 4/23. Those are two big weeks as only a handful of teams play the same amount of games down the stretch. He will continue to see 30+ Minutes a night, and although the blocks have been discouraging lately, the PT has not. Continue to keep rolling with him. You do not want to face him in the playoffs.

However Wilson Chandler is a fantastic add at the moment and I would find a way to add him in all leagues with Gallo out.

For the next 3 weeks, I am still going to go with Biyombo. Anderson Varejao could return next week, it is going to be a headache for Thompson to find consistent minutes unless they move Gee to SG. If that were to happen I would go with Thompson, but that is all speculation.

However I would not blame you if you wanted to pickup Thompson after his monster game. He should be a beast with no limits until Anderson comes back.

If you want points, FG% go with Thompson.
If you want Blocks, Rebounds, less risk. Go with Biyombo.

  6. To Boom, I would drop Matthews before dropping Biyombo for Chandler. That is a huge upgrade at that position.

  7. Rodney Stuckey has been playing like a fantasy beast the past three weeks. I would not be so quick to cut him, though it could now be Brandon Knight time. I would wait especially after Thompson only played 22 Minutes, the Warriors are stacked at the SG/SF spot. If you drop Stuckey someone will pick him up ASAP. He should only miss a game or two at the most.

As D-Rock said, Thompson could be a better option during fantasy playoffs time. The Warriors are really playing for nothing, but by then they might have seen enough to know he is a bench option. GS does have one extra game on the week of 4/16 than Detroit.

  8. Munt is says danilo could be out up to 4 weeks. I only have 3 weeks left in my league. I’m thinking of dropping him and adding Wilson chandler or Tristan Thompson now.

  9. I would go with Chandler. He is more multidimensional with 3PTM, Blocks, Steals, Points. Tristan is more a double-double guy with blocks. Tristan’s value will take a hit in a week or two when Varejao returns.

  10. Hi M,
I think I should get rid of Evan Turner, the best options available I believe are Tayshaun Prince, Wilson Chandler, and Jordan Crawford. What would you do?

    Thanks.

  11. I really like Jordan Crawford. With no Nick Young, he should be a machine on the court every night. Wilson Chandler should also be solid, I would give the slight edge to Crawford who will be more consistent.

    20+ Points, 4 Assists, 2 3PTM, 1 Steal= Crawford
    15+ Points, 6 Rebounds, 2 3PTM, 1 Steal, 1 Block= Chandler

Crawford will give you more consistent lines, Chandler has the intangibles to fill a box score, but also has to compete with more options for good nights.

I would go with Chandler if you need a forward, Jor Craw if it does not matter.

Try to get both of them, who else can you drop?

  12. I would drop Klay Thompson as well. The Warriors seem to want to play Richard Jefferson and Brandon Rush off the bench more than one would expect. Crawford is a more consistent version of Thompson.

Chandler is a more explosive stat sheet filler, version of Turner.

Keep Dragic, he is going to be very valuable as Lowry is not close to returning.
