WAIVER WIRE WEEK 14

I will help you at TE this week on the Waiver Wire as the Jimmy Graham plan has been a failure. Hopefully you were able to land Scott Chandler last week. For those who did not get the Chandy man, here are a few options you should go after.

TE RANKED IN ORDER

RICHARD RODGERS – TE – GB

We all saw the Hail Mary that ended the Lions season. Richard Rodgers was the most consistent option in the Packers offense all game, and Rodgers who was featured earlier in the season “THE RETURN OF THE UNICORN.” While Rodgers has been a very low TE #2, Aaron Rodgers has also been struggling for the most part over the past month +. If Aaron Rodgers gets it going again, Richard Rodgers will follow in his footsteps.

AUSTIN SEFERIAN JENKINS – TE – TB

We are going Full Circle as the very first article of the Fantasy Football Season was on ASJ. “BREAKOUT BEAST.” After a hot start, ASJ went down and was out for nearly the entire season. Finally he is back and has a great matchup against a horrible Saints Defense. Roll the dice as the Bucs passing game should get it going this week.

OWEN DANIELS – TE – DEN

Vernon Davis made the first catch of the game. He also made the last catch of the half, then suffered a concussion on a dirty hit as time expired. Vernon Davis is in a contract season, which is the only reason he will play on Sunday. If the veteran plays it smart and misses a game, Owen Daniels has a very juicy matchup against the Raiders. While Daniels has not been special, and did not do much to take over when Davis was out all 2nd half.

You can expect the Broncos to throw more in Week 14 as the Raiders offense should put up much more of a fight. Owen is only serviceable if Vernon Davis is OUT.

RB SLEEPER ADD

CHRIS POLK – RB – HOU

Back when Arian Foster got injured, I was talking about how Chris Polk is a must-add in deep PPR Leagues. His upside is high in the Texans No-Huddle offense and should play when they fall behind. “Blue/Polk. BEAST or BUST.”

While the idea was always there that Polk could take on that role, he never really got his opportunity. Until last week against Bills who have proved to be good at stopping power RB’s. This week the Texans take on the Patriots, and you can guarantee that the Texans will need to go Polk similar to how the Eagles went with Sproles. Texans will want to open up the offense as ex-Offensive Coordinator Bill O’Brien now Texans HC will want to beat this team at it’s own game.

  1. Munt all those TEs are taken…..

How do you like Will Tye? Him or fleener??? i dont like tamme or rudolph this week with their matchups

  2. Any WRs you can add to the list? Have Crabtree, lafell, Michael Floyd they aren’t going to get it done in the playoffs
