ALEX GREEN – RB – GB

Needs to be added in all leagues with James Starks out for the season.  Green may not be good, but he is good enough to be a RB#3 especially in PPR leagues.  Don’t let anyone else grab him.

 

Playoff Week coming up for most of you.  I have spent extra time in the Rankings to get them as Championship worthy as possible.

In hindsight I wish I ranked Heath higher, he was the check-down option for Charlie Batch all day.  The same should continue for Big Ben who may avoid the deep ball for a week or two before his arm becomes lethal.

Owen saw his targets (10), but the catch that really counts when to James Casey leaving Owen and his owners on the short-end of what could have been a huge week.  Garrett Graham did suffer a concussion, but Owen will always have a player breathing down his neck.

Out with the old, in with the new.  Gates is on a cold streak, and it does not get much easier next week against Blitzburgh.  The Chargers O-Line is in shambles leaving Gates with more blocking responsibilities than he should.

While Rodgers was certainly worst than #4, he was a huge bust for #1.  Which most nearly every fantasy site did.  We go by research not just name.

If there is one thing you should know about Jake Locker, he loves to throw deep to Nate Washington.  Last season when Britt was out for the year early on, Locker and Nate turned into a lethal QB/WR pair.  Kendall Wright has joined the party and Cook always gets his targets so there has not been as much love.  They will bring it back when you least expect it.

Only one other website had Drew Brees ranked lower than BEAST DOME.  Other “unnamed experts” changed their selection after the game breaking the Fantasy Bro Code.  Regardless, Brees in a tough matchup forgot to get his TDs.

Weather was not an issue for Moore this week, the real issue was Joe Haden who completely shut down Denarius.  He had his targets thrown to him, he had catchable balls.  Just never easy when going up against Joe.

Larry could have had a TD. He could have had 40 Yard Streak pass down the side line.  But Ryan Lindley is his QB, which means there is nothing you can do but bench him.  Never thought I would be rooting for Kevin Kolb to return for Fitzgerald’s sake.  Skelton is 100x better.
