FANTASY FOOTBALL:

I’M JUST TRYING TO BE THE BEST FANTASY FOOTBALL EXPERT I CAN BE

(ARIAN FOSTER PART II)

BEAST DOME NATION.

Since my “I want to be Like Arian” article.  Arian Foster has made just about every wrong move to convince the BEAST DOME nation he is worth the #1 Pick.  Not only the BEAST DOME NATION, but the entire Fantasy Football Nation.

First was the “minor hamstring injury.”  To start off, not worried about this.  It is early August, Arian Foster is going to touch the ball 350 times this season, at least.  He is the Marshall Faulk of the Texans.  With no Ben Tate, the Stage is set for Arian Foster to have a MVP Historic season.  I am sure if it was a Week 8 matchup against the Titans, this hamstring injury would not keep him out. Not only would he not be out, Arian would be the #1 RB in Fantasy Football Rankings across the Industry.

But then there was media day.

First of all, stupid joke about his 1 TD at the end.

Not making a big deal about this interview.  Arian has always been a controversial superstar.  He hates the media and never seems to be on the good side.  The truth, he is just staying focused and not letting the Media questions get to him.

What I say.  “It’s Arians world, we’re just living in it.”  Right after the Interview, Arian sent this tweet.

Ok.  Everything is finally good again.  But then we see this a week later.

Now we have to ask ourselves.

IS ARIAN FOSTER WORTH THE RISK

The answer is Yes. Yes. Yes. and Yes.

The Texans schedule is so cupcake that even Andre Brown would be the “BEAST DOME SLEEPER OF THE YEAR.”  Do not worry about Arian and his off the field problems.  We are talking about a NFL superstar that is ready for the biggest role that any RB has seen since Marshall Faulk in 2000.

*IF YOU DRAFT ARIAN. YOU HAVE TO DRAFT ANDRE BROWN*

Arian Foster will be having the type of season that puts him on the Cover for Madden Next Season.  Yes it is hard to ignore what the media is putting out there, and the possibility that Arian Foster can retire if he wants to is a true statement.

The reality is this.  Arian Foster is the focal point of the Texans Offense.  Arian Foster is only 27 Years Old.  Arian Foster is in the most perfect situation to improve upon his 2010 season where he recorded 2220 Yards/64 Receptions/18 TD.   So I ask you this.

If Arian is playing Week 1 against the Redskins.  It is the 1st Pick of your draft.

Are you really going to let Arian slip?

  1. I am on your side Munt, and ready to go to fantasy war with you… Foster it is. You were money on shady last year, so I will follow your lead! BEAST.

  2. You’ve got guts Munt, thats for sure. I was still skeptical of Foster as the #1 pick but after seeing this, and with you going ALL IN on Foster this season, then I will too.

  3. Munt’s BeastDome article and VIP experience has already helped me with the trade rape of the century.

    In my dynasty team,
    I turned my:
WR 1, WR 4, RB 5, TE 6, TE nothing, and two second round picks
    into
RB 1, WR 1, WR 1, the “Julius Thomas Pick of the Year” and a round 3 and 4 …

Don’t know what I’m talking about? Get the VIP package. Unbelievable. I feel like a freakin’ king.

  4. I want to read more this Arian Foster hype because I drafted him in 3rd round as RB2 and I’m not confident at all about it. Your Arian article III is same as II. This II article was written weeks ago and no update on Arian Foster in your site after that. You suddenly remembered M.Ball hype?

  5. Ok found the Arian the Barbarian article….but Arian Beast III is still the same as Arian Beast II. Still not confident about Foster as my RB2 and no depth behind him (Sproles RB3). Drafted Grimes as a hand cuff but no one knows if he is the right one. Hope Arian will last at least 10 games and before that I can find a new beast from the waivers.

  6. @naamapami, time will tell…but I stand behind Munt. I drafted Arian in all of my leagues but one because someone drafted him in front of me at 7th overall. Let me tell you imo, the VIP experience was well worth it. I feel confident in all of my teams ( 10 Leagues) and don’t need to worry about RB depth because the way the he broke it down, I have enough depth in all of my positions, especially at RB. Just to give you a little bit on Munts call about Montee last season, well as you know, Knowshon Moreno ended up as a top 5 RB. It should have been Montee…just bad luck with the 2 fumbles early on gave Knowshon the chance. Denver is going to be the same this year and with Knowshon gone, well look who is there…Even though Montee didnt end up as top 5, he would have been there if it werent for the fumbles. Now if Knowshon didnt end up in the top 5, I can see your argument.

    1. I would also like to say, IF Munt offers a VIP package for the regular season, I would highly recommend getting it. Last season, I didn’t find this site until early in the season after the draft package went out. My teams were alright at best but following Munts regular season strategies, he helped me place in 3 of my 4 leagues last season. The 4th league I didnt place in, I lost my playoff game by 5 points. If I had won that game, I would have won the season. I still came out ahead in that league because getting to the playoffs got me a payout.

      1. I don’t need any VIP package because I’ll get much more better advice from other experts. Contrarian type fantasy advice don’t win you many leagues.
