DON MARTINDALE – RAVENS
Great upgrade and well deserved. Martindale was the LB coach for the Ravens since the Ray Lewis Super Bowl days, he will get his defense playing the smartest most aggressive Football they can play.

BILL BELICHICK – PATRIOTS
Yes the same Head Coach Bill Belichick will now be calling the plays on Defense. With Matt Praticia gone, Brian Flores the Patriots LB coach will have more responsibility, but it will be the Defensive Mastermind Belichick who will be calling plays and likely coaching the Defense. Probably a big reason the Patriots got Josh McDaniels to stay as OC.

TERYL AUSTIN – BENGALS
The DC for the Lions the past few years going over to the Bengals is a nice upgrade. Austin turned the league’s worst defense into a defense that can compete. Now he has a veteran stud Defense that he will look to do big things with.

ROMEO CRENNEL- TEXANS
Crennel has been running the Texans D since he arrived on the scene in 2014. However last year he took a more hands on with the head coaching along with O’Brien while Vrabel had the reigns to run the show. With Vrabel now coaching the Titans, Romeo will go back to being the head hauncho with that Defense. Romeo was winning Super Bowls for the Patriots with his defense back in his DC days.

PAUL GUENTHER – RAIDERS
Guenther has been coaching football since the 90s. After being as rock steady as he can be with a strong Bengals team the past 4 years, he now moves to Oakland to work with his likely buddy John Gruden. Guenther takes over a strong Ken Norton Jr defense that has been improving, but Guenther can give them that missing old school ingredient that will make these Raiders take their game to the next level.
