The site has been on ghost mode as of late as I focus all of my energy to Qualifying for an NBA Championship Qualifier spot. Came in 3rd place a couple weeks ago for the PlayBoy Mansion, only a handful of spots left for DraftKings. Need to qualify for a 4th straight year for NBA.

Big Football Weekend this week. One wrong move and you are probably going to be okay because everyone will have wrong moves as there will only be a few correct picks. With that being said get your pen and paper ready, or just open up a FanDuel tab. Here are my Busts.

QB

CARSON PALMER @ CAR

Out of all the QB’s on the list this week, Carson Palmer had the best Divisional Round as far as Fantasy goes. The Panthers have made it this far with their ‘Dab’ Squad, and they will put the finishing touches on advancing to the Super Bowl. While Carson Palmer and the re-surging Larry Fitzgerald were dominant last week, the Panthers on the Road is going to be a completely new experience. Read below to learn more.

DAVID JOHNSON @ CAR

The D-Train is coming to an end. Less than 100% health is one thing, when you are on the road at Carolina in a game where the Cardinals will probably struggle on offense from the very start. I would look to spend my money on a different RB. The Panthers Defense will be coming to play and that is no cupcake match up.

STEVEN JACKSON @ DEN

Usually putting Steven Jackson on a Bust List is no big deal. With only 2 games on the docket, some will consider using the veteran. The thing about Steven Jackson is that he is a TD or nothing type of RB in the Patriots system. Being that it is a road playoff game, it is worth it to spend a little extra or re-allocate funds to make sure you do better than S-Jax at the RB department. The chances of Steven Jackson seeing 10 Carries is very slim to no way it will happen.

MICHAEL FLOYD @ CAR

Floyd has been very consistent for a player that has to deal with a lot of competition for targets. While his match up this week could prove favorable if he plays a lot of slot, there is still a good chance Carson Palmer is not the same Carson Palmer we have grown to watch this season. The Panthers Defense is going to come to play, Floyd will suffer because of it.

JOHN BROWN @ CAR

Brown will need a deep bomb catch to get his numbers this week. If everything falls in place, it could happen. More likely than not though, Carson Palmer will not have time to load up a bomb or two and put it right on the money for Brown to get under.

LARRY FITZGERALD @ CAR

To finish off the trio, we have the MVP of last week. Larry Fitzgerald this week gets Josh Norman, but most importantly he has to deal with Carson Palmer who will be rushed by the Panthers Pass Rush. While Fitzgerald will definitely get some numbers in this game, but the only reason to pay that type of money for Fitzgerald in Daily Fantasy is if he is going to be the best. There are better ways to spend that cash.
