I’m gonna give it to Sessions… with only 24 min a game for the Cavs, 10pts 5ast 3rebs… his minute will go up as a starter at LA… I can see a 15pts-8ast-5rebs at best… if he blends in well… but it will take a while…

I agree with sarapmoboy. Sessions should be able to get at least 8+ assists per game now that he is on a productive scoring team. The Lakers can also run the pick-and-roll more because Sessions is accustomed to that so that Pau and Drew won’t have to post up or look for jump shots that much.

Honorable mention to goes to JaVale McGee though. I really think he could turn it around in Denver. He has another fast point guard on his team in Lawson, another dominant big man alongside him in Faried, a 3-point threat in Gallo, and some key role players which they didn’t have many of in D.C. Also, McGee will really not to compete with anyone for PT now that Nene is gone.

It’s hard to say who will be the BEAST of the trades when the smoke clears.

With all the people being bumped up and down, it’s just hard to make roster changes. Especially when you don’t know the value of a player you currently have who’s beastly right now,imo but you want to get ready for the playoffs. Take for instance Harden, he can just plain rake. What is his value, and who to target with him?

  1. I’m reaaaaaaallly conflicted about holding onto Okafor. We have 5 on the bench, but is it worth it? Playoffs start in two weeks. 10 players in the league. Head to Head. I love my team, but I’m still only 5-5!

Just got Lin on waivers (don’t know WHY someone dropped him!) for Speights. And just picked up Jameer Nelson.

Kidd, Booker, Alonzo Gee, Amir Johnson, Grant Hill, and Mike Dunleavy on Waivers.

    PG – Jeremy Lin (PG)
    SG – Andre Iguodala (SG/SF)
    G – Luke Ridnour (PG/SG)
    SF – Antawn Jamison (SF/PF)
    PF – Dirk Nowitzki (PF)
    F – Kevin Love (PF/C)
    C – LaMarcus Aldridge (PF/C)
    C – Tyson Chandler (C)
    Util – Jerryd Bayless (PG/SG)
    Util – Tyreke Evans (PG,/SG/SF)
    BN – Nicolas Batum (SG/SF)
    BN – Al Harrington (PF/C)
    BN – Dorell Wright (SG/SF)
    BN – Jameer Nelson (PG)
    BN – Emeka Okafor (C) … INJ!

  2. I would definitely cut the bait on Emeka. The Hornets are clearly a better team with Kaman, so even when he returns it is unlikely he will see 30 Minutes a game. Plus their season is all but over and there is no reason to rush him back, or force him to play if he is not 100%.

Nice moves grabbing Lin, and Nelson.

Kidd had a nice game last night, and I would wait to see it one more time before adding him. Alonzo Gee is very solid and he could be worth the add right away, a solid 16-6 should be expected every game. Tristan Thompson is also an interesting add who is supposed to start at center. The other guys I would ignore as their long term value is not more than a week.

You have a solid team and Batum should start doing well enough to get off your bench.

*Reminder I will be live on the chat room today (Sunday) to answer all fantasy basketball related questions from 7-10pm.

  3. I have every starter on the Orlando Magic except Ryan Anderson. Is this a good or bad linup? and who is wavier wire materal?

  4. That is fine, I personally like when that happens because you all of a sudden become a big fan of that team. Since the Magic are fighting for playoff seeding you are fine, it would be bad if you had all Bobcats. Check the new week 13 waiver wire posted on the homepage for waiver wire suggestions. I cannot see your lineup, you have to send it to me again on a post. I will help you with whatever questions you have going into this week.

  5. i am in a daily league and here is my team:
    PG Westbrook
    SG Klay Thompson
    SF Danny Granger
PF David West (thinking about dropping)
    C D. Howard
    G Nate Robinson
    F Drew Gooden
    UTIL Chris Kaman
    Bench:
    Jose Carderon
Stephen Curry (do you think he will return at all this season?)
    Jameer Nelson
    Hedo Turkoglu (inconsistant)
    Jason Richardson (very inconsistant)
    Vince Carter
Who do you think will pick up the pace during the playoffs? i am ranked 2nd seed and i am only focusing long-term and winning a championship.

  6. Vale Up:
    Westbrook
    Thompson
    Nate

    Stay the Same:
    Kaman
    Granger
    Howard
    Nelson

    Value Down:
    Gooden
    Calderon
    Carter
    Richardson
    Turkoglu
    West

Add Wilson Chandler if he is still a FA.
I do not think Curry will return this season.

I would drop players in this order.
    Vince Carter.
    Jason Richardson
    Hedo Turkoglu
David West (if he has another terrible week) But only if there is a really good option you will trust.

Give me some FA options and I can help you make suggestions. Tough day to be a Magic owner huh…
