BET OF THE DAY (June 14th):
MILWAUKEE MONEY LINE.
The Brewers have Shaun Marcum going on the hill. The Royals offense does not have a hot hitter outside of Billy Butler right now. Shaun owns a 1.58 ERA against the Royals in 5 Starts, back when he used to pitch for Toronto. He is also better on the road this season than at home with a very low 2.38 ERA. Marcum is money and the Brewers need to steal this road win desperatley. Against Marcum is Luke Hochevar. Luke is 0-4 with a 10.23 Home ERA this season. He has never lasted more than 6 INN at home all season, and the Brewers offense have some over-due bats. They should be able to take advantage. If you want to play an Insurance pick where you could possibly win both bets. I would play the Over of 8 1/2. If the Royals win, it is because they scored 5 runs off of Marcum. Luke will not be able to escape this one with a QS, the last time he did that was May 12th on the road.
